From arranging viewings at my convenience-vetting prospective purchasers- keeping everything moving - providing invaluable updates -chasing solicitors etc until exchange and completion.
All staff are efficient and polite and are a pleasure to deal with.

Chalk Street handled the sale of my mothers property. I can't pay any higher compliment than they were utterly professional, proactive and available from start to finish. Whoever dealt with me through the process I felt like they knew the details of the sale inside out but special mention to Mandy Bootle and Ben Leary who were just fantastic. I am currently purchasing through Chalk Street and have been impressed by the company. I have dealt mainly with Faye, who has been a great. She is always on the ball, quick to respond with updates, keeps me in the loop and has a direct approach and cuts straight to the point without any nonsense.
The company works off set fees rather than %, so you feel they are working harder for their money with smaller margins of profits made per sale. I would recommend both Faye and the company in general based on interactions to date.
