Don’t receive full delivery on time & when the parcels where opened, wrong covers were sent. Contacted customer service to be offered a 5% refund to keep what I didn’t order. Refused this offer & yet to receive resolution

One of the backdrop curtains in my order was the wrong size.

I ordered two curtains 4m high & 4m wide. I was contacted after ordering to say only one was in stock & would I like a 3m x 4m to which I replied, yes 3m wide & 4m high which I was told would be fine. I was then sent a WhatsApp asking me to confirm the 4x4 & I confirmed 3m wide & 4m high for the second curtain.

These arrived on a Thursday morning, ready for a wedding on the the Saturday.

Upon installing the second curtain, we realised one of them is 4x4m & the other is 3x3. This meant we couldn’t for fill our booking for a 4m high x 7m wide backdrop for our client & instead had to cover part of the backdrop with chairs and offer a reduced rate. The 3x3 also hasn’t got any Velcro on the front for attaching swags, meaning we couldn’t fit these too.

The error in this order has left me in a difficult situation with my client, out of pocket financially & still needing a 4x4 or 4x3 curtain to be able to take a future booking for this venue.

I’ve emailed the company twice, once even to the email they sent offering me a partial refund for the curtain they didn’t even send.

I would say I would never use this company again but sadly I still need a curtain that’s 4m tall that matches the one I already have so sadly I don’t really have an option….

Will definitely be using again delivery arrived within a day as stated & the sashes looked beautiful was abit worried as didn't have matching table runners but used the chair sashes & they looked stunning.

Extremely unprofessional, never answer the phone or reply to email. Tried numerous relentless times to contact and still no respons. Items are not as described and no way response to request of returning items. Absolutely vile company to deal with, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS. They rob you and run with your money !!!!

Do not order off this company, I ordered 4 chair covers from them,described as beige on their website photos also shows them as beige, when they arrived they was brown, I had to pay £15.50 to try and return these which I feel I should not have had to do as they have falsely advertised them, they have not been accepted through customs in Ireland due to Royal Mail and are currently still in customs and now I am without any chair covers and £67.50 out of pocket I feel like I’ve been robbed, My advice to anyone that wants to buy these chair covers, buy them off SHEIN for half the price exactly the same free delivery and free returns no hassle that’s what I have had to do, absolutely disgusted with this rip off company they should take responsibility for their false selling, it should not be the responsibility of the buyers to return these if it is a fault of the company not the buyer, they have caused me nothing but stress and frustration

I paid extra for next day delivery it took 2 days which meant the bride didn't see them until today instead of wednesday last week , product itself was good quality & withstood strong winds & rain . I would have given 5 stars if delivery wasn't late & I feel I should be refunded postage as didn't get service I paid for .
