CFTools Cloud Arvostelua 4

Trotz Abonnement wurde gestern ohne Vorwarnung das Abo gelöscht, nach dem es über eine Woche blockiert wurde.

Obwohl CF abbuchen darf, wurde dies nicht gemacht. Ich habe am Freitag den 06.02.2026 dann selbst überwiesen. Dennoch wurde uns gestern am 13.02.2026 gekündigt ohne einen Hinweis, Email oder Benachrichtigung.

Der Support reagiert seit dem 13.02 auch nicht. Das Geld kam es bisher nicht zurück.

Ich glaube auch nicht dass ich das Geld von CFCloud jemals wieder sehen werde

Wir nutzen CFTools nun schon einige Jahre. Wenn man die Serversoftware auf seinem Windows-Server erstmal zum laufen gebracht hat, darf man sich glücklich schätzen. Leider funktioniert die klassische Version immer noch nicht als Dienst und man muss den Manager manuell starten nachdem man sich angemeldet hat. Der neue Architect Manager ist deutlich besser aber leider gibt es quasi keinen Support und es handelt sich vermutlich um eine ewige Beta-Software. Keine Ahnung wie ernst sich CFTools als Firma nimmt aber wenn ich wirklich auf selbige angewiesen wäre, würde ich schleunigst abstand nehmen.

Wir hatten Probleme mit unseren Gameserver, die eigentlich nichts mit dem CFTools Cloud zu tun hatten. Wir mussten zwar etwas warten, aber uns wurde super geholfen. Das Tool an sich ist komplex aber extrem wirkungsvoll.

Gentlemen, do not use the CF TOOLS CLOUD website. When you want to cancel the service, they will make it difficult and act suspiciously. There will be no button to remove your credit card, and even after selecting and confirming the change to the free plan, days later, without notice, the previously subscribed plan will be reactivated without your consent and you will be charged again. After filing a complaint recently, the button to remove the credit card mysteriously appeared on the website, and now my account cannot be set to the free plan. In other words, if you complain, the free plan is removed, and you are forced to pay. If you want to use the free plan after complaining, you'll have to create another account.

I requested a refund for the last 2 months, and they asked me for an email confirmation of the plan change to the free mode. They know this email is not sent. They do this to try to justify that no changes were ever made. In fact, I changed to the free plan on the same day I filed the complaint, and I did not receive any email again. Even so, they said they would not issue a refund, despite me having done everything available to cancel the use of the website.

Look for other websites that offer the same service. This one acts unfairly when it comes to canceling. Be careful!
