Certprime Arvostelua 

The biggest scam ever and the worst company of all to deal with is Certprime (a subsidiary of Halis consulting services). Very unresponsive, unreasonable and unprofessional. customer service contact number and email is not attended to. I have taken 2 exams now and passed successfully with no official result despite several escalations since March 2019. I managed to speak to one of the staff (Karishma) after several attempts and search for a contact asides customer service. she promised to get it sorted but all to no avail.

My personal opinion..company is a scam and should NOT be patronize. Not sure how they get the excellent reviews that portrays the company as a trustworthy.

Borderline SCAM. Their advertising is misleading, their product is garbage, their customer support is almost non-existent. I would advise against using Certprime for any certification.

Certprime course materials are excellent. They are easy to understand and have plenty of mock tests to gain understanding of the concepts.

Two months after successfully completing my MSP exam, I still don't have my official results. Apparently there's been a delay in some of the paperwork, but nobody can tell me what that is (and now I'm not getting any response to my emails). I hate leaving one star reviews, but hoping this prompts them into some action because it's impacting my ability to apply for jobs.

On top of this, the website is misleading. A lot of people have commented that they haven't been able to access the promised retest or refund. That wasn't an issue for me (I passed first time), but there were other issues with misleading wording on the website. I did the self-paced online course. The website says that the MSP manual is included with virtual courses, but that only means the virtual classroom course not virtual self-paced, so I had to buy the manual to be able to take my exam. Furthermore, the online materials are an exact copy of the MSP manual text, just rebranded with Certprime logo, so they don't really add anything.

I had enrolled for the Prince2 course from Certprime. The process for enrollment was extremely easy. The course content and the trainers are very good. The course design is very well. Whenever I had any issues, the customer support was always there to help me out.
The learning experience was great. Overall satisfied experience with Certprime.

I would like to appreciate Certprime for their professional approach before, during and after the training. The support team were great, the tutors were excellent!.
Hopefully, I will enroll for another course very soon.

Certprime has wonderful training materials. They are crisp and clear. The course has a very good framework. Certprime has great customer support to handle the queries. Overall, it is very well organized. Great work Mr. Chandrasekhar.

The ITIL Foundation course is very well designed and one can understand it very easily.

Contacted customer service multiple times about my certifications but did not get any response back. Also, as shown on the website I asked about the refund and retake policy, they kept on saying most of the courses don't have that. But the site does say so. Misleading the customer's is what they do. Stay away from these scammers.
