I ordered a birth certificate to be due 10 days later. I didn't get email notification. After 10 days I emailed them as the phone number wouldn't connect. No response. Another week later I emailed gain asking where my certificate was and if I didn't get reply or my certificate I would take the matter further. No reply. I contacted my bank to get a refund. While sorting the bank the certificate turned up 1 month after ordering. I had it checked and it is a legitimate certificate. Has anyone else received theirs?

I also ordered a birth certificate for my elderly mother so she can get a passport, its been almost 4 months now and they just ignore my messages at this point. So it's a scam website! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS, GOD WILL DEAL WITH THEM ON JUDGMENT DAY.

Just read the other reviews and mine would be like for like….disgusting humans clearly running a scam! Jokes on you this time as my bank refunds scams instantly and reclaims the money back with interest from vile humans like yourselves!

Zero - SCAM SITE - do not use

If I could give them no stars I would happily do so. It's been processing since 23rd July, I have emailed countless times and called and left voicemails. I'm absolutely disgusted I am now out of pocket £40 and still no birth certificate.
I will have to reorder through my council which is what I should of done in the first place. Absolutely disgusting.

As I paid for a service and they never followed through. Requested my birth certificate mid-june and still nothing! Raised a few tickets and tried several times to get someone on the phone.... nothing! No email response either. Requested a refund but I doubt that will happen so now I am out of pocket and they don't have the decency to reply!

Dont do it not a legit company TOTAL SCAM !!!!no comunication and not recived certificate now gotta go thro bank to get money back !!!!!!!

This company is obviously a scam, wish I'd checked things with Trustpilot first. As soon as my application went in it was pinged as pending due to a discrepancy in my details, the worst thing, the reason I needed my certificate was time sensitive and I wasted 2 weeks before applying through GRO the official department for birth certificates, cost me £80 and lesson learned! Doubt very much I will ever see it again, they stopped replying after the first 2 days, avoid at all costs, and as one other reviewer asked - 'what's being done about it?'

Unbelievable disgusting company if you can even call it that. I placed an order for my mothers birth certificate as she lost it due to a fire. It said I would get it on the 14th of july its now the 18th. I have emailed numerous times no reply. I even phoned and the answering machine says there is no one available at any time. Disgusting service. They have just robbed me of money. Absolute scum bags. Do not Use.

Not received my certificate. Emailed and raised numerous support tickets. No response, no refund. Absolute disgrace. This company should be closed down. Taking people's money and not providing the goods.

This is really upsetting, im just turning 18 i was looking to get a birth certificate before my birthday so i could have some fun, im now seeing the reviews, i did pay for delivery so it would arrive within a few days but no sign of the certificate, i really dont have the money to buy another one and i feel so stupid for trusting so naively. There is still time snd i hope it comes :(

Much like other reviews I have now read, I was in desperate need for a replacement birth certificate to start a new job and went through this site before reading reviews out of desperation. After 2 weeks of waiting, calling several times to be told by an answering service that no customer support agents are available, leaving messages each time and also sending several emails I received absolutely no response. I have now requested a refund, which they say on their phone service is paid back promptly in 1 working day, yet still I haven't received any sort of response or refund yet. Please for your own sake don't use this company and just go through either the government website or go to your local registry office in person.

Avoid at all cost I’ve been waiting a long time for birth certificate just use your registration office on the government site never use anyone especially these scum.

40 quid down the drain and been scammed really needed this to start my job aswell now they have to let me go till I have documents AVOID AT ALL COSTS we'll 40 quid

Unfortunately I used this company before looking at reviews. I needed an urgent birth certificate to secure employment, advertised as delivery within 4 days. I have had no communication from this company after repeated efforts to contact them, I have contacted my credit card company and hopefully they will be able to get my money back.

Please do not use this company.

Definitely AVOID!!!!!!! Complete scam!!!!! Am experiencing exactly what everyone else on here is saying. Was advised my certificate would b here 4 days from the date I ordered it. DIDNT ARRIVE!!!! left messages on phone and emails but no ones getting back to me. Wish I'd read the reviews first as wldnt have use them, only used because it's where I was taken whilst applying for my first passport, so no reason to think it was a scam. Paid £39.95 as well when it shld have only cost £12.50 from government. Official site. Will b contacting my bank this morning to see if I can get my money back. Was urgent for my certificate. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

If there was a 0 star i would my mum is old tryed to get a birth certificate to move because cost off living this company has took my mums money a pensioner who has worked her whole live and not send the certificate and scammed her i hope kama gets you haw you could do this to old people makes me sick please ppl keep clear

It is. A SCAM, Took my money and no brith cert
