The flowers look beautiful and are very practical, ideal for our wet and windy climate. The service was excellent, delivery within three days of ordering. It was absolutely lovely beautifully made and looks do nice when we out on the memorial . I just would like to comment on the packaging maybe be packed in slightly sturdier packaging as was a little damaged when received but nothing chipped or broken . Thank you for a lovely item very pleased with our customer service . Wishing you a merry Christmas .
