Has to be the worse bus 🚌 service anywhere in great Britain The idiots running this service must be so brain dead they cannot get to grips with time tables . Buses are always late or cut out with no warning. We are left standing not knowing what's happened. I contacted head office and was told I must not be flippant in my remarks or I'll be banned from emails 😤.
They couldn't run a bath . Let alone a bus company. Cannot wait for the day they loose the franchise and it is passed to a professional company and not these clowns .

Was left at Clacton pier avenue for 2 hours waiting for a number 4 bus to Jaywick on 27/07 without a bus, two buses missed off and bus tracker showed no buses on route. No information asked bus drivers who said 15 mins, hour passed and next bus also did not turn up. Called, no help left on silent hold hoping I would hang up, in the end said would call me back in 10 mins if bus does not turn up, no call back. In the end was left to walk all the way back with heavy bags as no bus ever turned up.

I have been using the 333 bus service since its inception. It is reliable and is generally very good. Buses are clean & smart. The drivers are all more than proficient, in the main. Mostly they are very good natured & friendly, whilst retaining a professional approach.
I would give special praise to Aure, who I have found to be a credit to your Company.

since changing bus times the app is arwful. you can no longer track where the bus is. I always found this handy to know if they were going to turn up.
Half the QR codes at bus stops dont work either. Seems to have gone backwards. saying that all the drivers are nice and polite.

If it's true that Konect bus company is now run by Central Connect, then this comment is in the right place. I hope this new affiliation brings a more ethical approach to equality issues, and to the behaviour of some drivers.

I was on the number 5 to Sumners farm today it was the usual driver who I have to say is absolutely fantastic the driver today was rude didnt help a wheelchair user get on or of the bus my son and daughter helped her and got moaned at by the bus driver who was sitting down and not helping then he accused my daughter of trying to get a free ride yet they bought all day tickets this is unacceptable

Coach 3 down to Wembley. I was a bit wary booking as never heard of them. I couldn't fault them, drivers friendly, coach clean. Would definitely use again.

All Drivers with central connect accept my travel card but this one driver decided to be a nightmare almost every time I enter his bus he specks with ash words and kicked me out of the bus late at night after a long day at work, today marks one week after reporting about this incident to the company which was to be investigated but no reply the driver is feeling that he owns the company and he can take laws in to his hands .

I was on coach 5, journey down there was fine and the drivers really friendly.
I was a bit wary as I'd never heard of the company before.
The only issue I had was the toilet, there must have been something wrong with the flushing system, at times it stunk.
Overall really pleased with the service.

In the middle of the ride the driver started to stop to speak to a coworker about his breakfast at 16.50pm

Brilliant experience on the road trip to Wembley. Friendly drivers. Helped out when needed. All organised at a few days notice. Highly recommend

Thanks for arranging travel for the three of us at such short notice, the price was very good I know a lot of my friends payed more using local companies. The instructions for travel were clear and concise and we totally enjoyed the comfort breaks, although we were excited to get there it broke the journey up for us.
We were on coach 2 the driver was well mannered and courteous thumbs up for me would definitely use again.

Coach down we were on Coach 1 driver was absolutely great could ask for anything else

Coming back drivers were absolutely fantastic yes both ways got us there and back safely on coach 1 coming back as well I've traveled on coaches many years give these drivers a gold buzzer me and my son

The driver on coach 1 down to wembley yesterday never mentioned the safety features like other coach's I have been on .The coach was clean like but it was a shame we had to stop twice on the way down as must of us just wanted to get to the matchas the traffic was terrible trying to get there but not his fault .On way back a different driver still no safety mentions took ages to get out if london not there faults but again we stopped twice as I think the 2nd stop everyone was wanting to get home as it was late 12.40 we arrived back at boro .apart from that it was OK for me to be fair considering it was such short notice

Coach 1 to Wembley.

At first I was skeptical as I had never heard of the company and found them on a Boro page on FB.

Took the risk and it paid off.

Can’t fault the drive to and from London.

Worst thing about it was getting to the stadium cause of the all the other cars pushing in and we couldn’t get off at first so ended up getting off an hour later than expected and missed some of the atmosphere and events before the game but other than that can’t fault it.

Would definitely use again next season!

5 coaches laid on 2 days before play off final,fantastic effort in my opinion. £85 return excellent pricing.
Coach 3 for me and got us there and back hassle free and in expected times. Thanks central connect, I really hope we get the chance to use you again 5 star.

Coach trip to the playoff final. Organised very last minute, seamless from start to finish. Great drivers, great co-ordination and despite initial concerns, really impressed how quickly this was put on by the company. Next time would be good to know the details of the rest stops in advance as they were different to advertised. Regardless a great trip despite the result. Maybe next year UTB!

communication was pretty much superb from consistent emails to the drivers informing us and keeping us updated.

I had my doubts when I first booked the coach as I had never heard of the company but now I’m glad I did - despite the drama that happened when Coach 1 got to Wembley I am a very happy happy customer and I’ll be looking forward for when you take us next season for playoffs UTB 🔴⚪️

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the drivers and service provided on our journey home from Wembley last night, particularly concerning the driver of Coach 2.

This was one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. Throughout the journey, the drivers' behaviour and driving raised serious concerns for both my safety and the safety of all passengers on board.

On the journey back, one of the drivers appeared to be extremely tired and was, at times, seemingly falling asleep at the wheel. This was incredibly alarming and frightening for passengers. I reported my concerns to the manager when we arrived at the service station, where drivers were being changed. Despite raising this issue, the remainder of the journey continued to be a deeply distressing experience.

There were multiple occasions where it felt as though we were close to being involved in an accident. The driver of Coach 2 was braking suddenly for no apparent reason, swerving from side to side, and taking unnecessary roads before quickly turning off them again. The manner in which the coach was being driven left many passengers feeling uncomfortable and unsafe.

Several passengers commented to the driver that his driving had been poor and that they felt uncomfortable during the journey. Rather than taking these concerns seriously, he simply laughed.

In addition, I observed the driver repeatedly biting his hands, moving his legs excessively, and bouncing up and down while driving. This behaviour was extremely concerning given that he was responsible for a coach full of passengers.

I am also extremely disappointed by the lack of assistance provided when we arrived. My friend is a wheelchair user, and when I asked the driver for help getting the wheelchair off the coach, he stated that one of his colleagues would assist us. However, no assistance was provided, and we struggled to get off the coach ourselves. During this time, the driver appeared to be laughing, which I found disrespectful and upsetting, especially considering my friend's disability.

The impact of this experience has continued even after arriving home. I have been unable to sleep properly and have experienced nightmares about the coach crashing. My friend, who is disabled, has also been left extremely distressed and frightened by what happened. She genuinely felt that her life was at risk during the journey and was left very upset and vulnerable.

I believe this matter requires a full and urgent investigation. I ask that you review any CCTV, onboard camera footage, driver monitoring systems, and any other records from the journey, as these should provide evidence of the issues I have raised.

Unless this complaint is taken seriously and properly investigated, I will consider taking the matter further and seeking advice from the relevant authorities, including the police if necessary. I find the entire experience unacceptable and am extremely disappointed by the service provided.

I look forward to receiving your response and hearing what action will be taken regarding this matter.

Coach 2 from Middlesbrough train station to Wembley. Nice clean bus, plenty of room. Stops badly timed though, we had only been travelling an hour, stopped at Wetherby services and were told it was a 45 min break!
The return journey from Peterborough, with a change of driver, was eventful to say the least, and downright scary for the last hour. The driver was going over the white line, running on cat's eyes, braking and accelerating for no apparent reason, (we could see the road ahead), and closer to Thirsk he had to be told which junction to take and similarly on the approach to Middlesbrough! Never been so happy to get off a bus.
