John Cabrera was great! Very helpful and courteous. Took the time to explain what was going on and fixed the problems. He deserves 5 stars and is the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Before my time with John I would have given a 1-star rating. It took over a week to get my issue resolved. I had to go through several chat sessions even though I requested a zoom mtg at the beginning. Even then, after the chats, it was a week before John had an opening on his calendar.

Really good experience so far, the support has been great, i have let go 4+ Appointment Setters as the software now takes care of everything, messages, qualifying, booking appointments, i can't recommend the team enough, great experience
