Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent communication when requesting information regarding product. Subsequent order was dispatched quickly and fragile items packaged very well.

Very happy with the customer service, I ordered a crate of bottled ciders, the crate was damaged in transit. I was kept up to date consistently by the customer service team and sent a replacement crate immediately at no extra cost. At no point did I have to chase for any updates and the replacement was sent very promptly. Excellent customer service!!

I ordered a box of 12 3 diff flavours …
I ordered a box of 12 3 diff flavours Mixed in was a surprise raspberry that was not in the selection ( I don’t like raspberry. Did not even see it on the list ) phoned to see what could be done. And nothing ! They can send what they want it’s in the small print No email to say , very disappointed with the customer service. Buyer beware with the package of mango wild berries strawberry and lime You could end up being sent anything !!! Not even double up from what your original order was.

We would, however, like to clarify the information provided on the product page for anyone considering this product. The ordering page clearly lists the expected contents as 4 x Mango, 4 x Strawberry & Lime and 4 x Wild Berries. Directly underneath, it also clearly states: “Please note – the mixed contents may (very occasionally) vary depending on stock availability.”
We’re therefore sorry that you felt we can simply “send what we want” or that this information was hidden in the small print. The three-flavour selection is clearly displayed as part of the product description, and the variation note is shown immediately beneath it.
On this occasion, a raspberry flavour was included due to stock availability. We completely appreciate that this particular flavour wasn't to your taste, but unfortunately we’re unable to guarantee individual flavours within a mixed case or provide replacements based solely on personal preference.
We’re also sorry that you were disappointed with our response when you contacted us. We always aim to be helpful and courteous, even when we’re unable to offer the resolution a customer would ideally like.
We genuinely value our customers and are disappointed that this purchase didn’t meet your expectations. We do, however, hope this response helps clarify how the mixed case is advertised and supplied.

Excellent Cider
Tasted this wonderful cider in a pub in Sheffield and immediately went online to see if the producers do home delivery. I was delighted to see the delivery was free plus an extra 10% off!! Cider arrived in a couple of days. Communication from Celtic Marches was excellent as was the cider (Abrahalls Vintage) Will definitely be making more purchases in the future.
