I was charged extra fees of almost double the original price quoted to unlock my phone. Then after a week since my device was verified and I was told that my device would be unlocked they said that my device cannot be unlocked. Additionally they will not refund me other than with a credit for their service that I already know doesn't work.

The service is amazing. They communicate with every step of the process, explaining exactly what the situation is. The best possible outcome for you is there goal. I know that Cellunlocks is the only place I go to resolve any issue that I have with my mobile devices.

Your service is good however try to be quicker but I love working with you

First off I want to say this is one of the best unlock company I ever used. I was quoted with a 5 day wait and it only ended up being less than 2 days. This company is very transparent, I love that you are able to track the progress of the unlock. They are quick to respond to any questions you may have. Thank you CellUnlocks, I will definitely be using them in the future.

Money went to waste because my phone is still locked

I just see my $29.99 gone with the wild. I was stupid so do not follow me. My service I used is "iCloud activation lock". And I think Google Pay have some responsibility in this situation. I've choose GPay as payment method but the activity does not show in history. May be this website fake a GPay button?

Scam at it's best!
First you pay a fee, what somehow turns into eligibility check, then they send a email saying that thei have the codes for unlocking, and request more money, then unfortunately comes another email (after about 5 days) saying sorry but we can't do anything but you get a voucher to use with them.
It's just to recognise, trust your gut!
Run from this company!

Fake is not working

I feel really stupid jumping the gun on this scam. Was too lazy to do due diligence and now I am down 80$.

How the scam works?
1) They say they will unlock your phone for 22$.
2) After paying that, they only "check" for "prerequisites" aka is your phone eligible for unlock. Then they ask you to pay additional 44$ and this is a "final payment". Then you wait for around 5 days.
3) Finally they tell you that there is unpaid balance on the device, and to unlock it finally they ask you to pay additional 303$.

Conclusion: Even if you pay everything, it never gets unlocked, no refunds, no support ("support" is literally chat gpt talking with you, but very limited, just 1-2 sentences gobbled back at you.

I wish I wasn't lazy and checked trustpilot beforehand, but oh well, lesson learnt. You've been warned, take care.

P.S all the positive reviews are fake bot farms, telling you how great support is answering all the questions when it literally can't even answer basic questions lol.

CUIDADO, no solicitéis ningún servicio, es una ESTAFA.
En primer lugar pagas 4€ por PayPal para que te verifiquen el imei hasta allí todo correcto.
Luego te dicen que es Apto y piden un primer pago de 26,99€. (allí está la TRAMPA porque SOLO ACEPTAN PAGOS POR TARJETA) A continuación te dicen que todo va bien, y piden un segundo pago de 41€. (allí está otra vez la TRAMPA porque SOLO ACEPTAN PAGOS POR TARJETA)
Una vez pagado, a los días dicen que el teléfono es robado, y que no pueden hacer nada, cosa que no es verdad.

At checkout it would say the service you’re paying for is the unlocking fee. No matter how many times you read it and look for fine print, it says unlocking fee. But after making the payment, you somehow get a receipt stating it is only for eligibility check and they want about triple that amount more for the actual unlocking fee and you realized you just got scamned. First of all, why would I need to pay a company to tell me my device is sim locked when clearly the reason I am paying for unlocking service is because I know for a fact that my device is network locked!!! And no, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND!

Bad, Very very bad. Stay away, he didn't pick up my blacklisted phone. He did not refund the money. Finally blocked
