Celluma Arvostelua 21

I purchased a Celluma pro approximately four months ago thinking I could use all the wonderful functions advertised… wrinkle reduction/skincare, fat reduction, hair growth, muscle pain help. However, as a practical matter, since each treatment requires 30 minutes and the area must be clean and free of make up or lotion, all I've been able to do is use it on my face, plus neck and chest. For many of the areas such as joints and muscles you would have to sit or lie in a fairly odd position for that period of time, with some of your clothing off. To take advantage of all the treatments I'd like would easily take four hours a day. Before purchasing one of these think about the practicality of it. If I'd realized I probably would not have paid that much for this device.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service

I had a very disappointing experience with this company.

The delivery process took an unreasonably long time and required repeated follow-up, including multiple phone calls, which was both unnecessary and disruptive. When the device finally arrived, the packaging was already in poor condition.

I requested a return on the same day of delivery. Despite this, the process that followed was extremely slow, with long delays in responses and a lack of clear communication.

I was also asked to pay additional return fees that were not clearly stated at the time of purchase, which I found misleading and unprofessional.

Even after returning the device, I experienced further delays and had to continue chasing for updates regarding my refund, with limited response from the company.

Overall, the handling of this situation has been far below the standard I would expect, particularly as a business customer. The level of service and communication has been very disappointing.

I would not recommend based on this experience.

I love my Celluma panel. I use it daily and have had it for 3 years no problems.

I purchased the Celluma Pro and used the anti aging setting, After about 6 weeks I noticed a significant amount of new facial hair growth!!
I did some research and discovered this can be a side effect. I definitely should have been told about this! If I had I NEVER would have purchased it. A complete waste of $2000!!!!

I highly recommend Celluma devices and this company. Almost everyone in my family has at least one and everyone feels the same way; we simply could not live without our Celluma. Some of our devices are almost 10 years old and we have been impressed over the years at the level of support and customer service from this manufacturer. These devices are rooted in reliable science and I would not hesitate to purchase one.

I’m obsessed with my Celluma’s! Honestly, they’re a whole family device. We use them every single day. I just got the NOVA for myself after having my first baby and wow… this thing does it all. Toward the end of my pregnancy, I used it on my feet for swelling and inflammation. Now I’m using it for body contouring and even hair loss. It basically lives on my nightstand, while my husband sticks with the RESTORE for his receding hairline.

Terrible customer service. Rigid unfriendly and unprofessional.

Celluma is a scam. You pay a fortune for the devices claiming they are medical grade and they do absolutely NOTHING. And they do not accept returns on open products.

I purchased the Celluma pro, doesn't pulse, actually this thing doesn't work at all and you can't return it.. Dont buy!

Beware of this company. The Celluma pro I purchased for nearly $2,000 caused broken capillaries on my face and heat rashes on my arms. It is not returnable and the agents don’t seem to care. FYI, I follow the directions to a tee and use no heat sensitizing products or medications.

Terrible company to do business with, will try to charge you return fee, then charge you a "restocking" fee of 10-20% like they're some scam mail order company from 1999. Do not buy from this company. There're so many good red light devices now from Amazon's BestToool to Lightpathled which has pulsating red lights, do not buy from this celluma, such a headache to deal with and not at all customer-centered.
