I cannot express enough about how amazing this company's customer service is.

Bought this TV to use in my campervan. picture is ok, but the sound quality is abysmal, so tinny!..makes the TV unwatchable, tried improving the sound using the EQ or sound settings, it made absolutely no difference. Tried connecting a Bose Bluetooth speaker to improve the sound, but was unable to pair with the TV after numerous attempts. A waste of money!

Bought a soundbar. Unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my Avtex TV. They said they will send courier to collect the soundbar which is fantastic and then right at the end inform me that it's going to cost £9.99. the soundbar itself only cost £49.99. What I'm annoyed about is the fact that it's advertised as being compatible with any TV and clearly it's not so I'm not very happy about being charged. So just be aware if there is a problem and you need to return items then charge you even if it's not your fault. Miss Cotton, Stafford

I am writing this review to the people who are in doubt of buying a TV from this company I bought a TV from this company which is in England it is a Ferguson TV and I have had it for over 2 year now and it is an excellent TV and excellent value for the money very good quality and most of all made locally in the UK I highly recommend them in what they produce.

Recently taken delivery of the Cello 32" flat screen TV with built in DVD courtesy of Amazon Italia. Its great works perfectly fine and over the moon with my purchase. I can only recommend the product and seriously thinking of buying a second one.

Bought this tv 8 days ago and in this time I've had to change the batteries in the remote 12 times, yes you read that right... 12 times. Just today, I've had to change them twice - this morning & as I'm writing this ( bare in mind I've been out of the house the last 10 hours) obviously without the remote working I cant turn the tvboff, change the channel or volume... nothing. Wasn't a cheap tv either so I'm not overly impressed or happy, I've contacted cello who are sending a new remote but this situation is utterly ridiculous- currently the tv is non responsive even though ive just put fresh batteries in it so im now stuck staring at the homescreen unable to actually watch anything & cello arent open over the weekend - so im in for a nice fun weekend with no television Definitely don't recommend these TV's

Please don't waste your money on this product the picture is good but you can only watch it for half hour and it totally freezes up and u can't change channels or turn the volume up.and Down looking int the interned I'm not the only person with this problem

Bought a 19" tv no problem with the picture ,but the sound!!! its beyond awefull, tiny echoey, no matter what you do! wont be buying another, customer service is abysmal !!!

I bought a tv bracket to work in my campervan conversion, along with a 12v/240v tv.
The bracket failed, upon inspection I found it to be poor design on reflection and unsuitable, not fit for purpose. It bends under tensioning the clamp screws and they bend the flanges of the bracket as they are far too weak for the tension needed to clamp the tv. Hence the brand new tv flew off, smashed and I needed a new one.
Has anyone else had problems with these brackets, please post here if you have as Cello say I am the first, which I dont believe.

Godawful sound - like a tinny transistor radio. Hideously difficult to set up for anyone not into tech, and no handbook of any sort - a square with squiggles in it is no bloody use to someone with no smart phone or techy skills.

Well, the 2 Cello Electronics personnel that I have communicated with were so refreshing polite and competent. Rachel responded to my email after I forwarded it in the early hours which I received today. Another lady was helpful and polite too. It certainly is a rarity nowadays where 'customer support' is usually 'non supportive' and electronic gobble de gouch and then we get cut off! I will definitely purchase Cello & Ferguson in the future, as opposed to the expensive Panasonic & Sony products. Thank u again. Sheila 😄

Hello just brought a 32in cello tv only had it a day and tv ariel fitting is broken come out side of case switched too sat ariel that doesn't work not a good start ,I've heard off several people this is a common problem ,this tv is supposed to be a 2023 model lessons need to be learnt ignoring aproblem doesn't make it go away I'm very disappointed

Just purchased a Cello 24 inch TV/DVD combo. I bought an LED TV as they can be viewed from an angle. With this one unless you are viewing at right angles to the screen the colour is washed out, it isn't Brilliant viewed head on. Also, the speakers are dreadfully tinny. The remote has buttons to adjust picture or sound but these seem to have no effect. I bought this make as it was made in England. I wish I'd saved my money. Can I get a refund? It's horrible.

Purchased a 19 inch TV but wish I hadn’t, picture quality is good but the sound is awful makes the TV unwatchable. I contacted customer service to get their view and found them to be about as good as their speakers, useless. Avoid this product you will only be disappointed.

i bought this product because i thought i could connect to internet via wi fi and use it in bedroom, however turns out you cant it has to be a land wire coming from router to tv ,tried to download pdf from cello site ,they wouldnt open so unless someone has a 32 ft long lead ive bought an expensive dvd player i have tried to contact them thro email but as of yet no contact

I have been using Cello portable TVs in bedrooms for years never had a problem I bought them from M&S, (must be reliable if they put their name on them) I recently bought a Ferguson 24" smart tv for motorhome, perfect cant fault it, staff are spot on with expert advice on products, 5 stars for great British service, well done Cello

I bought a C2220S Cello TV a few years ago for our spare bedroom as there is only a coax cable from a satellite dish in there.
Apart from the dreadful sound quality it's been great until recently when it has been losing channels and would not reload them if rescanned.
A five minute call to Cello technical support with the serial number an email containing the latest firmware update is on it's way... a further five minutes and it's all fixed!
It's a great TV for the job and Cello's customer service is second to none!
The only reason I cannot give them five stars is because of the poor sound quality which appears to be a common complaint.

Brill tv 50" smart, 4k crystal clear vision at most angles
the remote is responsive and the internal speaker sound is fairly good, (most people including me use a Hi Fi system for the sound), I have had a number of smart Tv's and they broke down during and after the G'teeI, At least with Cello the customer service is here in the u.k and they answer questions without bias. I only gave this company 4 stars as a few former employees posted it is not friendly happy workspace, C'mon Cello liven your management ideas and make Cello the best in the world!

Had a 44 inch Smart Cello TV it was only 7 months old and have just taken it down to my local recycling centre.
Faults were - really bad pixulating, HDMI Port didn't work neither did most of the functions on the remote.

Really slow tv to start up - my review would be CRAP - do not buy. Have noe gone to Samsung for a smart tv - at least they actually work as apposed to Cello

My Daughter purchased a 50 inch Cello smart TV from Ferguson firm advert on EBay , in March 2021 after just 2yrs ,the tv wont load up , tried the on/off plug out etc to reboot cant even get into settings to perform reset , this tv was advertised as new/old stock price £319 paid , shes not very happy now having to get a tv repair man to look at it £20 to pay fore anythings done , and he even says the model no?given does'nt think exists , cmon Ferguson just over 2yrs for a tv conk mb cant be repaired cared for and used properly up to press!! yes guarantee is only like 6mths i think, can anything be done about this , if you can advise at least there was no manual nor documents delivered just delivery , i see these tvs are still being sold on EBay same prices read a few bad reviews n thats enough.
