They sent the wrong thing told me i had to send it to China.(Its stuck in customs but the won't pay to get it out. It's there responsibility to get it out to the company) which i did now they won't refund me.I advise everyone not to buy from this company they are a false company what sell crap things to get your money knowing they won't give it you back they need looking into buy companies house and should not be allowed to do business in the uk they are not a uk company

Do not buy. The items arrived and they were of poor quality and not well made (shipped from China and took several weeks). Attempted to return them and had to deal with an AI customer service bot via email to get the items returned.

They have been “stuck” in Chinese customs since April awaiting information from the recipient so I doubt they will do anything so I’ll be £140 out of pocket. If I had known about this faff I would’ve done a charge back!

Do not buy!!! Purchasing from this company has caused me lots of stress which is not worth it.
1. They are not London uk based, it’s all shipped from china and their base is in the Netherlands.
2. The parcel took about 3 weeks to reach me in the first place
3. The quality is awful! The dresses were over £50 and I sent them all back to which I had to pay £30 for shipping fees. They do offer you to keep and they will send you 20% but the quality was so bad I’d never get my money back from selling them on Vinted.
4. Although not their fault my parcel has gone missing with Royal Mail so I’m months later still trying to get my money back but had I read their information and that it was from china I wouldn’t have bought from them. This are completely miss advertising with a name of ‘London UK’ when nothing to do with them is connected to the uk
5. They are fast and polite when responding via email but to be honest that doesn’t make up for myself being £140 down and most likely not going to get the full amount back!

Bought 2 dresses for holiday and they fit well and look nice.

The dress arrived later than I hoped and the fit wasn't quite right around the waist. Customer service did try to help and offered me money off which I accepted.

Got the Theo suit and it does the job well. Sharp enough for events without feeling uncomfortable.

First time ordering and I'll definitely order again. The beatrice dress is just as beautiful as it looks online. Got it for a wedding next month and can't wait to wear it.

Bought 2 dresses. One arrived broken. Their returns policy states that if an item is faulty they will cover the return cost. I have been emailing them for over 2 months chasing a return. I have sent them what is stated on their returns policy and they are still insisting that I need to pay for the return. I get one reply to every 5 emails I send them. Will never order from here again
