Order was canceled by them due to being uneconomical for company to delivery for a zip code they still advertised within coverage. However company didn’t follow their terms and conditions which allows them to cancel and refund for any reason. They charged me 10% charge as if I returned an item. It was made worst by customer service. Extremely poor service received from this company.
Absolutely amazing service and generous team who ensured timely delivery. It was a aniversary which I was missing and these folks saved me at the last moment. I want to recommend the energy of these folks to take up on customer commitment. Kudos!!
