Three weeks after I had ordered & hadn’t received an email confirming dispatch I sent an email & have not received a reply or the goods.

Items ordered never received do not respond to emails no phone number

I ordered $9o of product on 31 May & received confirmation immediately. When they hadn't arrived 2wks later I emailed, but no response. I emailed weekly for the next 3 weeks: still nothing.
SEVEN WEEKS LATER, I am emailing them every 2nd day now - and still no response and no product.
I have tried several different email addresses but to no avail. I suspect I have been scammed and not sure what to do next ...

I never received an updated email about my order to say it had been shipped..I emailed after a week asking when it would be shipped and they told me it will be on back order for 8 weeks..They declined me a refund said I could only have store credit so I purchased something similar and added a bit more to it and I still haven't received anything. It has now been over a month. Communication is terrible, there is no phone number and the shop front number is disconnected. Absolute low lives! DO NOT BUY!

Big Scammer, we need to rock up at his business address n demand our money back. I've been stung as well. I've reported to fraud n scam watch and ACA. You won't be getting away with this much longer.

Ordered product on 1st April and still hasn't arrived on 10th June. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Initially, I was receiving emails from them with expected delivery dates, but these dates were never met. Communication has now stopped, and still no product delivered.

Ordered 2 products one month ago and heard nothing! Have followed up with emails and got an auto reply saying they’re receiving an influx of comms and that there might be a delay in response but now that I have read all the reviews it’s obviously a scam site!

The product was never shipped.

I order a brush three weeks ago - still hasnt arrived. No contact number so relied on persistant emails to customer service - who told me sorry my item no longer in stock can we send you ..... get this the exact product that i ordered instead?? and yet to have either arrive

Ordered a $70 item in March, it still hasn't arrived and there is no response from Celcius Beauty to my queries. I have had to report the company to Scamwatch at the ACCC and lodge a dispute with my credit card company.

Total scammers ! Paid for hair product for. my daughters birthday and never received it . Have asked bank for chargeback and reported to ACCC …… disgusting that this so called company can continue to take peoples money with no intention of providing product !!!!!

This is not a real business. I ordered just a couple of skincare products from them as the price was pretty competitive and there was no delivery fee so I thought it was a ok deal. I've requested for the bank to reverse the transaction and they are being reported to the police.

Absolute scamlords. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately I didn’t check reviews before buying. They’re full of shit, won’t send what you ordered and won’t refund you. Just endless emails saying “we’ll update you soon”.

I ordered a gift for my mother while she was in hospital and clicked “buy” without doing research. They look legit, but are just there to take your money.

I admit the communication with this vendor is a bit laboured and I did start to think I might not get the items, but the Haircare products arrived today only 2 weeks after they were ordered - so all good in this instance

If you are one of the many people who have given these fraudsters your money and received NOTHING please report to the South Australian government consumer watchdog. We need as many reports as possible to get action.
