Parcel was not delivered when stated
Parcel was not delivered, so ordered again as was advised for next day delivery to different address and turn up a day late to other address.
I still got charge next day delivery.

Delivery service letdown.
The ordering process was straightforward and the ordered items were dispatched swiftly on a next working day delivery. Unfortunately, package was not delivered by Hayes DX, apparently because the driver ran out of time. There was no notification from Hayes DX about this and I had to contact CEF to find out what was happening. The package was delivered the following day, however when a payment is made for next day delivery it is not unreasonable to expect that level of service. As Hayes DX is primarily a B2B operation, perhaps CEF should consider an alternative courier for deliveries to residential addresses.

The guys at the Fulham branch all deserve Gold medals for customer service. I'd had a problem placing an order on line and they went out of their way to get the items to branch in super quick time. Super friendly and helpful!

Don’t bother ordering a delivery if you work. They use FEDEX and FEDEX will not deliver without a signature needless to say if you work you will NEVER receive your delivery.
