Stop offering pre 10am delivery as it…
Stop offering pre 10am delivery as it never arrives pre 10am. We paid 14.95 for this service and it never appeared till late afternoon. I was actually at the store it was due to be delivered to at 10.30-11am and this order wasn't there. I checked the tracking later that afternoon and it said it was delivered at 10am which is total rubbish. CEF should stop using DX as this isn't the first time this has happened and the main reason for using CEF online is their promise to get deliveries the next day pre 10am. When you speak with CEF online they are always very apologetic and say that you will get refunded the delivery charge. Never seen it yet. I mentioned this when they called me and was told to speak with my account branch, what's the point in that when I ordered from CEF online.

Being sight compromised, I had to get wife to go online to complete my order. Were I not in such urgent need of the part, I would have gone elsewhere...... This now mentioned, the online process worked well, the part arrived in good order and in quick time.

Wrong description on website
Unfortunately website description was incorrect resulting in me ordering items which were not as described. Rang to speak to customer services who said sometimes pictures and descriptions can be incorrect or missing images. Not very helpful. Had to then take items for credit to local branch.
