July 2026 Cebia report
In July 2026, I purchased a Cebia report for a car I was interested in. After receiving the report—which was brief, lacking in substance, and missing many of the details I was looking for—I was directed to the Cebia webpage to write a review. Here is what I wrote:
"I am rather disappointed with your report. First of all, the 25% discount for subscribing to your newsletter was not applied. Secondly, regarding the report itself: how is it possible that none of the damage entries include the car's mileage at the time the damage occurred? Not to mention the photos from the time of the damage—something other users had also complained about. Indeed, they simply aren't there, they're missing. I have to repeat myself and conclude: DISAPPOINTING!"
I received an email response from the Cebia support team stating the following: "Hello, your discount has been applied. You paid 99 RON for the report; the standard price without the discount is 132 RON. We do not have photographic documentation for some damages, particularly minor ones.
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our services. We do our best to find all vehicle information available in various online automotive databases. For some vehicles, we have a complete history; for others, we cannot obtain all the records.
We appreciate you using our service and will do our utmost to continue improving and providing more data based on your review.
Have a nice day.
Best regards,
Car History System Support"
NOTE: My review was not published on the Cebia page; they only publish 5-star reviews.
