I have worked closely with Ian from CDL Group for a number of months. He has been a huge support in addressing the areas of ISO I needed to address for my company. Without his support, it would have been a lot harder and taken much longer. He has sat with me on video calls explaining things I didn't fully understand or had questions about. Ian showed me much patience and also offered much support via email when I had brief questions. His responses were always thorough and timely.
