I was also going through a really difficult time and she was incredibly kind to me and has been so patient, as I was worried I was going to be black listed. It has taken 3.5 months to find the elusive amount. I never knew that credit management companies could be so kind, so thank you for making it so easy.

My daughter has had the unfortunate circumstance of dealing with these cowboys. After being paid ‘too much’ by NHS , we are talking a couple of hundred pounds, this company took up the debt. She pays regularly, by direct debit, on 1st of the month but seems to get threatening letters stating that she has missed the payment. When she calls they say it’s their fault. Absolute cowboys.
