Well if you look at the reviews next to mine you will know why I gave one star the support is is fake and no clear responses plus the big thing is the withdrawal it takes very very long till now nothing yet I requested withdrawal but 7 days ago and they said that it's going to take about 3 to 5 days nothing so far I don't know if I'm still going to receive my payments or is it just gone I was given no clear answers I will update this review if anything new happens

I had an unacceptable experience with Cazimbo. My withdrawal was delayed for 8 days without any clear explanation, which is a breach of their own terms.

When I reached out to resolve the issue and asked for a goodwill gesture due to the delay, the live chat agent (Aery) was dismissive and closed the session while I was still talking. I sent a formal complaint giving them a final chance to respond, but they ignored it completely.

They are quick to take your deposits but very slow to pay out and even slower to provide professional support. I do not recommend this casino to anyone who values their time and fair treatment.

Update: The casino tried to resolve this by offering a deposit bonus with x40 wagering requirements instead of addressing the 8-day delay. Absolute joke of a customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I have a gambling problem, and I contacted this casino both by email and live chat to ask for my account to be blocked.

It has now been 10 days, and nothing has been done. I contacted them again today, and they apologized and said that “this takes time”.

When a player clearly states that they are gambling addicted, this should be taken seriously. Account blocking or self-exclusion should happen the same day, not after 10 days – and my account is still not blocked.

This is extremely irresponsible and dangerous for vulnerable players. I strongly advise others to be very careful.

became a new customer today and spoke to them at customer service where I was told that I receive the welcome bonus after my first deposit.. after I made a deposit and claimed my bonus I was told that I do not receive it. cazimbo seems like a new company trying to trick customers with fake bonuses. recommend everyone not to become a customer here

So I deposited 400NOK with a 250% deposit bonus as my first deposit on the website. So in total I started with 400NOK real balance and 1000NOK bonus balance.

When I had lost my real balance and was on my bonus balance I had done about 20% of the wager requirement and had 4600NOK in the balance when suddenly all my balance was gone.

When I opened the live chat the guy I was talking to couldn’t find this problem and it took about 10-15 minutes until I suddenly got back 1000NOK in bonus balance and I had lost my wagering process.

Also I might add this was one of the laggiest casinos I have ever played at. Would recommend staying away.
