App and customer service are terrible
I place an order via Catrina's iOS app for the Skiatook location at 5:30 pm. I coach a middle school basketball team and had practice starting at 6:15. The app said that the order was placed and then accepted, but told me that the food hadn't been prepared yet. No big deal, figured they were busy and it was taking a while longer to make the food. Told my daughter I would track it at practice and let her know when to go pick it up. Got busy at practice and checked the app around 6:30, it was still showing the same status. At this point, I figured that maybe something went wrong with the app and the order was never received. I tried to call the location to cancel the order, no answer, attempted to call a couple more times during practice, but never got anyone to pick up. Also couldn't cancel the order through the app. Finally the store called me at 7:43 to ask about the order, I told them to cancel it please. The worker told me that they had made the food when the order was placed and that's why they were calling. I told her that I was sorry for the mix up but the app never even said the food was getting made. She then took my name and number and told me the manager would have to call the app and get my refund and that they would call me back the next day to let me know. It's been two days now and no one has reached out to me. Long story short, I don't know how good the food is because this was our first order, but don't use their app!
