I can’t believe there are still companies like Caterbitz that offer such friendly and helpful service at such a competitive price. Nothing was too much trouble, from helping to choose the appliances, delivering them, and quickly resolving issues. They’re competitively priced and supplied everything i wanted from the largest appliances, additional shelves snd runners for my ovens to my kitchen sink. They will now be my first stop when I need anything else.

Harry and Jordan were absolutely brilliant so kind and helpful. We had a esse stove delivered which was super heavy and difficult to move into position they worked tirelessly to get the stove in and I have to say it poured with rain the exact moment the stove was out of the van bless them they got drenched not a moan or anything just professional to the end we were so grateful for their help what a fantastic duo thank you again

We bought a new, ex-display Fisher & Paypal fridge freezer and some items needed for the installation were missing ( put away as it was on display and not actually installed) and the owners could not have been more helpful,getting the parts,going that extra mile.
