Toto Cat Feeding & Cat Sitting for Brighton & Hove Arvostelua 

Wow, I happened upon this service, whilst searching Google for help with my cats. I did not want to traumatise them with going to a cattery. Toto cats responded immediately and I found out I was very lucky as they had only just branched out into our area 2 weeks prior.they came and did a house visit to see my routine and meet the cats. The website is very good and asks everything they would need to know. On their advise I purchased timer cat feeding bowls and cat carriers in case of a vet emergency. So everything in place, I booked 2 days away with one visit each morning , to feed and change litter tray. Everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend Toto Cats, I felt very safe using this service and its extremely cost effective, and most importantly the cats get to stay in their home with minimal disruption. This was the first time we used Toto Cat Feeding and Cat Sitting service. They were brilliant! It was great to meet the sitter beforehand, we felt very reassured that our boys were going to be in good hands. The daily photos from the stay and play sessions were excellent. We came home to two happy cats. We'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

We have used Toto Cat Feeding for a number of years and they have always been fantastic, however on this last break one of our cats decided to run away and was missing for over a week - a 2 day disappearing act is not uncommon but this was a very worrying time due to the amount of time missing. Mark & Simon were superb at both handling the practicalities but keeping us updated in a sensitive way, mindful of time differences etc. They called round all the vets, leaflet dropped the neighbours, spent time searching the garden and house and also contacted Lost Pets Brighton. The kindness and professionalism shown was another level - we would never use another company now.
Toto always check in on day 1 and the last day with reports, and can do a daily report for an extra fee, so we always have peace of mind.

Can I thank the Toto team for looking after my Bella. She had been well cared for whilst I was away on holiday. Thank you for sending me updates and photos that gave me peace of mind that all was well. I would have no hesitation in recommending Toto, and of course will be using them again in the future.

Amazing service that we will for sure be using again! After the sitter came round to meet our cat and go through the feeding routine, we felt more than comfortable and confident leaving him in the care of Toto Cat Feeding & Sitting for the week that we were away. When we returned, our fluffball was happy as can be and we could tell that he had been really well looked after by people that care deeply for animals!

Toto are absolutely brilliant - I don't know what we'd do without them and can't recommend them highly enough. We've used them for years and always been so happy, but they exceeded expectations even more this month when our cat Merlin dislocated his leg just before a long-awaited family holiday abroad for my Dad's 80th. With a cat in caged recovery, we would have had to cancel our trip and let our family down had it not been for Toto. They were able to adapt the visit schedule to account for everything that needed doing, including administering multiple meds and spending time with a cat that needed a lot of love and attention daily in a small confined space - as well as feeding and giving love and attention to our other cat. I was so worried about everything before leaving and yet was able to relax from abroad with detailed daily updates from the wonderful Karen - and we arrived back to two very contented and happy cats, even Merlin, who'd been in his cage all week. THANK YOU to Simon and Karen for loving cats so much, looking after them so wonderfully and being so generally brilliant :) x

This service is brilliant. Very friendly staff and excellent communication throughout. I felt totally confident leaving our two cats to be fed by Toto twice a day for a week because they came to the house and took photos and wrote down all the information they needed. I was emailed while I was away and sent photographs. Thoroughly recommend.

I recently used Toto cat feeding service for the first time. I think the service they provide is excellent ; from meeting me before hand to go through my cats routines, through to an email on the first and last day that they visited. I will be using them again.

Toto Cat Feeding are excellent. Communication is excellent, which is so important when away. Reliable, friendly, efficient, adaptable and helpful. They have looked after our cat a few times now and they would always be our first go to choice.

Where would we be without Toto? We’ve used Toto a number of times and have been impressed by their reliability and ease. Following a very poor experience with a local cattery, Toto have proved indispensable, ensuring a stress-free time for us and our cats.

Since moving to Brighton 6 years ago with my elderly cat, Nina, Simon & his team have provided an excellent service, whether for as little as a single visit or as many as a fortnight of twice daily visits. Sadly, Nina recently departed this world but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toto's services to potential future customers.

They have looked after my cats for over 10yrs and I would highly recommend them. Your cats will be in safe hands and the updates and photos whilst you are away are great. The stay and play sessions are additions which our cats thoroughly enjoy when we are away on a long holiday. 100% brilliant service.

Toto cat feeding and cat sitting is an excellent service, 100 percent reliable. They take exceptionally good care of my cats while I'm away, which is a huge weight off my mind. My cats are so relaxed when I come home again that I know they've been in kind and caring hands.
