Have been charged £44 for something I was unaware I'd ordered. No luck contacting them to try and get my money back. Bank can't cancel the payment but have blocked any future payments

If there was an option for negative stars that’s the score I would give this company.
I ordered a they overcharged me. The item has never arrived and the refund they said they had issued 3 weeks ago has also not arrived.
They are not a company to deal with. It’s been lies lies and more lies.

I would give no stars if I could. AVOID
No refund option for products I did not order.

This company are THIEVING SCUMBAGS.

Like others I ordered not realizing this was a Chinese company …hairbrush does not work ..offered 50% refund but could return …to China for refund ! Going to credit card company for advice

Dreadful deadful company. I tried cancelling my order the moment I realized it was wrong - have written so many many times to cancel. They said goods on the wa. jJst turned up after 5 weeks and still no return instructions. Awful and should be shut down.

Bought a mop doesn't work
Charged twice for shipping.
Tried to take £49 out of my account fortunately the bank stopped it. Thieves!!

Ordered a mop through another company THCC FITTS using PayPal. I then got notification of two payments requested by them 22.76 and £24, and then an email from this company saying they have my order for a further 38.76. I immediately told them to cancel this order as I didn't ask for it. They replied it had already been shipped, all within an hour of the first email! To cut a long story short PayPal reimbursed me the first two payments and my credit card company have flagged this last payment as a dispute. I did receive three mops (I only ordered one) and they were all poor quality and not wanted. I have asked them to send me a returns label. Lesson learnt to research any adverts closely before ordering from these awful companies.

Can’t believe I didn’t check out this dreadful company . Ordered a hair styling product which when arrived is absolutely nothing like its description . It’s not with 10p . Absolutely awful. Tried to email … just delaying tactics wanting photos of original package a month after my first email .

Don’t use this company. I ordered an item and was charged over £5 more than stated. I informed them that I wanted a refund of that amount or my order cancelled. Eventually I got the £5 refunded and they sent the item. However their courier did not deliver it to me but left it on my doorstep in full view from where it was stolen. All the information on such a situation states that the supplier is responsible for refunding or replacing the item as my contract was with them not the courier. When I placed the order I also paid extra for insurance. Despite multiple emails they refused to give me a refund or replacement, saying that it was marked as delivered. When I raised the issue with PayPal they took the side of the seller because they assured PayPal the item had been delivered so despite apparently having insurance I have lost money and not received what I ordered.

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely lousy company. Overcharged for 3 items when I only wanted one, have been refunded £12 when I have overpaid by more than £50. They take weeks to get back in touch to emails and when they do they clearly haven't read the email they're responding to. The thing I ordered isn't even up to standard.

In haste, I placed an order without checking on Trustpilot first....Big mistake!! This so-called company also goes under the other name of THIICFITTS LTD and is a complete and UTTER SCAM who will charge you more than advertised, and then BLATANTLY LIE throughout your purchase. They will assure you that you are a valued customer and then carry on CHEATING you. Their website shows a Trust Score of 4 with 913,653 reviews. It would appear that this is yet another BLATANT LIE and part of the SCAM. There is no way to view any of these reviews. Even Norton flashed up a red warning and suggested it was a scam online shopping site!!

I exchanged over 20 emails, but their replies, when they came, were all delaying tactics. They sent tracking details from China which would appear to be FAKE, and it took nearly 4 weeks for the parcel to eventually arrive. When it arrived, I noticed that it had, in fact, been posted 2 days previously from Manchester with 48 Hour tracking.

When I tried to return this useless item they would not accept posting it back to Manchester, but insisted that the only way for a refund was to return it to address in China, which would cost more than the price of the item.

If you google THIIC FITTS Ltd or CASYVO you will find multiple sites that expose them for what they are.

Unless you want to be fooled like me .......... AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I wished I read the reviews ike i usually do, before making a purchase from this so called company! Ordered the face / neck cream on 1st of January, well it is now the 22nd of February and yes you guessed it, i have not recieved it, contacted them many times and their reply each time apart from one which was they cannot locate my order!! , was its still in transit!!! At that point I just literally laughed at how stupid o was not to read the reviews.

I recently purchased a rechargeable heater hair brush which will not recharge?? I have contacted the company & reported the fault & requested a return & refund. My emails were ignored & when they eventually contacted me this is their reply;

‘We are sorry to hear that the item you ordered did not meet your satisfaction and expectations.

Unfortunately, we only offer a refund/return or exchange for items that are reported damaged upon delivery. Other than that, we cannot grant your request.

We hope for your understanding.’

The item is not fit for purchase but they have washed their hands if it, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

If I could give no star I would. BEWARE....IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM. Recieved call a from my bank about fraud. Looked up a number 07883283211 which was also a scam call connected to Hutchinson 3G UK Ltd.
Do not buy anything from CASYVO.

Sadly read these reviews too late. Ordered and paid for face cream - immediately Fraud Dept from my bank called and other fraudulent activity was detected on my account - going through at exactly the same time. I am confident my face cream will not arrive!! Hope this review helps other people and stops them being scammed

I ordered my Casyvo hair curling tongs on the 27th of January but have not received any communication since.my statement notes £32.85 was taken by you on the30 th of January. Please update me with details on the delivery.
