Ive ordered many times from this company and as others have said the delivery is prompt. However my recent order the Clara tracksuit is very poor quality and has a white stain on top like it was returned. My last order a tracksuit and co- ord haven't washed well and threads loose. Dresses stitching is very visible. I think this is the last time ill order. The quality needs to improve dramatically.

The dress arrived and looked like the picture but the quality of the material was a cheap polyester.

It was very easy to oder and delivery was quick. Came in lovely packaging. Dress was fabulous with lovely material. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (totally my error) but it was very easy to return. I'm now waiting on my next purchase and I'm very excited.

I have ordered lots from the casual company and find their lightweight suits perfect unfortunately I cant say the same for the quality of their track suits the first wash rendered them streaked and loose excellent customer service though it's a pity the quality is hit and miss

I ordered two leisure suits which arrived fairly promptly . Delivery is excellent . At first the leisure suits looked beautiful but after the first wash they were dreadful . The material went all rough feeling and looked as if I had them for years . A waste of money . Won’t be buying from them again

Ordered a casual jacket and the invoice was dated 28/12/2025 but it didn't arrive until 05/01/2026. I was away in hospital on this date and didn't get home until 12/01/2026. I didn't see or remember there was a delivery for me. A few days later I discovered there was a package for me. I didn't like the fit it was short and had no shape. I phoned the company on the Monday to explain i wished to return same. I was offered a credit but I wanted refund. Didn't get a hearing but told I would have to return by post no collection as I was over allowed time eventhough it was late arriving. It cost me €9 to return. For the privilege of trying to do business with the Casual Co it cost me €16.21. €5 for delivery €9 return and a further €2.21 not explained. It feels like it's not a company that reaches out to understand and please their customers.

Jeans I bought were too big. I was outside the 14 days to return and I was offered a gift card instead.

No complaints. Ordered a co-ord and jumpsuit. The material of the jumpsuit in particular feels cheap but it is a very flattering fit and it will suit what I wanted it for. I think the clothes are pretty affordable by today's standards and you get what you pay for. Probably could get the same quality for less on Shein though!

Taking 8 days to deliver an item, in Ireland, from an Irish company. It's just not good enough to be honest.

I absolutely love my Belle dress, it fits perfectly and is so flattering. The material is substantial, it's not cotton or linen (which is fair for the price) but it's thick and feels like good quality. The pockets are really handy and the length is a lovely between length, not too long or too short - it really does just look exactly as it does in the pictures/videos on the website. I can't fault it and am surprised at some of the bad reviews.

Ordered dress & my credit card was tried to be used in another store. Contacted Casual clothing but didn’t get satisfactory response. My card was cancelled by my bank who had luckily spotted the transaction immediately. Great inconvenience for me. I normally wear size 14 so ordered 14/16 but it’s certainly not true to size…it’s very tight fit.

I ordered two pairs of pants from The Casual Company. What arrived in the post was laughably different to what was advertised on the website. AVOID.

I got a jacket from here and while it looks lovely, I noticed that threads are coming loose from various areas, and there are white fibres appearing all over the jacket. At first I thought it was something on the jacket to I tried to lint roll it but it seems like the internal padding is escaping. Not what you expect when you pay over €50 for a jacket. Insanely poor quality. I emailed the customer service over a month ago and got no reply. However, I did also get a pair of earrings and they are very nice and don't irritate my ears or stain. Overall a disappointing experience.

Bought two flora style dresses. I was extremely disappointed when they arrived---- cheap looking and very poorly finished---- white hem visible on bottom of dress. Will be returning the items tomorrow.

Very poor quality, poor fit. Bought 3 items, returned all immediately. Would definitely not recommend.

Ordered jeans from this company , the jeans had a musty smell as if they were stored in a warehouse with no heat , I had to return them and the company refused to refund the postage , will not be ordering from them again

This company used to have good quality clothing in the past but their standards are now appalling. Extremely poor quality and the postage to receive and return comes to almost €10 for just one item. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Purchased a dress that didn't fit. I had to return it and ended up paying postage both ways. Turned out it cost €9 just to try the item on.

I ordered a dress this weekend as email stated free shipping promotion. Beware, this only applies to Republic of Ireland and not UK or NI. I was charged £5.
