Order placed for external LED light
Order placed for external LED light. Process to purchase was easy and delivery was the following day (ahead of schedule).
Light not fitted yet so unable to fully rate the quality of the light but superfucially it looks well made and robust.

I am delighted with my tiffany lamp
I am delighted with my tiffany style table lamp from Castlegate Lights, which arrived quickly and safely wrapped. Altogether a good experience.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed, dissatisfied with the customer service they have provided through the phone. Clearly they don’t want to sort problems caused by their delivery company called APC. Please if you want your product, DONOT purchase their products as they use a currier company that can’t deliver.
Eileen (sales assistant) was not helpful either. Her attitude was like “so what do you want me to do?!”, obviously she didn’t listen to me. I would not deal with this company again. Very bad customer experience. The products are great 👍🏻, it’s a shame.

Phone help wonderful and very pleased with the lights .
Only negative was that I asked for the lights to be held back until back from my holiday. They arrived on my doorstep and I had to contact my neighbour to collect them.

Poor Quality
Bought 2x wall lanterns in January 2023
However, I only had them fitted 6 weeks ago and lights are already deteriorating and are visibly rusty. I did email to complain and customer service stated that the lanterns are for indoor use and the deterioration was because I live by the coast? I do not live in a coastal area. When I searched Outdoor Wall Lights to purchase them on the Castlegate site they are what came up in the listing however this has since been changed. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend or use this site again!
Wish I could include photos to prove how awful they look!
