Great customer service
The team were very friendly and went out of their way to get the delivery in time for my partners birthday. There was a small hiccup with one of the items but they maintained communication throughout and suggested alternative options to help resolve. The artworks arrived in perfect condition. Thank You 😊

Draining my pockets!
After initially not looking for anything to add to our collection, we were tempted with a Billy Connolly sculpture and a framed print! After a great conversation we entrusted the process with Hana who has been fantastic in keeping us updated in the delivery process. As per our delivery and returns page on our website, we usually estimate up to four weeks for all deliveries as each piece of artwork goes through its own bespoke framing process in our Head Office before being hand-packed ready for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a text message or email from our courier provider DPD, allocating you a delivery date and time slot. If for any reason you need to rearrange your delivery, you can do so via the link provided by the courier service.
