Castle Country RV Arvostelua 

The new trailer had some faults- an inside light that would not work and a broken window blind. I returned the trailer to the dealership and they have jumped all over this and are now in the process of correcting them. Their staff are very curtious and willing to help.

Spencer England was awesome!!! He put together a great deal for us and catered to our specific needs. I am very grateful to him for the terrific care!!! Loving our new RV!!!

The sales people where great very accomplished and friendly great pricing. The service on the new trailer was terrible when I picked up the trailer it was dirty inside and out. In the trailer the pull down screen for rear door was broken and laying on floor, still haven’t been contacted about replacement got home with trailer hooked up water and bathroom faucet was leaking I fixed it and there was water still leaking through the floor behind water heater took back to dealer to fix it job was done took to trailer park woke next morning with the kitchen faucet leaking had to replace it, to be kind I would say I am not a happy camper.

Customer Serivice here was terrible. If I didn't drive from Idaho to Logan to buy our camper, I would have backed out and went somewhere else.

We love our new Alpine 5th wheel and the wonderful experience working with Ben, Chris and Devon. We appreciate all you have done for us. Had some problems that were taken care of promptly and at no cost after purchase, overall had taken good care of us and the haggling at purchasing went smoothly

My wife and I had been shopping for an RV for the last 6 months exploring different dealers and brands. We found the trailer we liked the most at Castle Country RV.

The sales team wrapped up our purchase within an hour and we were able to pick up the trailer within a few days.

The staff was knowledgeable and kept our two boys entertained. We will most likely purchase our future RV from Castle Country.

My salesman Chris was excellent to work with. Everything about my buying experience with Castle country was wonderful. The only disappointment I had was when I picked up the trailer it had not been cleaned at all I don’t think. There was a lot of sawdust in closets. Everything was very dusty and carpet was dirty from dirty footprints. I would definitely recommend them and buy another trailer. I didn’t rush them on delivery there was two weeks time from when I put the down payment on it till I picked it up. But great people to work with just remember to tell them you want your trailer cleaned!

Worst experience I have had buying an RV. Drove 7 hours to buy my RV and they didn't even have it at that location had to go back 3 hours North to the Logan Utah location. 6 hours of unnecessary driving and fuel costs And seem like they didn't even care.

Kind of pushy when I said I had my own financing, said they wouldn't pull my credit again if I just pushed it across their desk but did anyway. There is a bubble in the main area of the camper, I asked about it and the guy said it was normal contraction and expansion but I really felt like he was feeding my full of bullcrap. The camper was supposed to be ready to pick up when we got there and we were there for 2 1/2 hours, mostly waiting on people. After getting home we realized that one of the outside speakers do not work (which is something that we didn't check on the lot) got an email about reviews or something and I asked about the warranty was told their warranty team would get in contact with me and didn't hear from them for a week and I emailed again and was given a number to call. We'll see how that goes. I don't know if I will buy again from there the way I did. I do love my camper though!

Not bad. I have been waiting for a call back from the service department for a week. Customer service could have been better.

Good price before fees. I enjoyed our purchase. The problem was how we were told that we were being charged fees "required by the state of Utah". The problem with this is I do not like liars. here is a list of the fees posed as state required:

Dealer Prep fee: $455
This fee is charged on a new small travel trailer.

Doc fee: $195
Documentation fees must be listed separately and not identified as state-mandated fees, per, mved.utah.gov.

I would have walked from the deal if we hadn't already invested so much time into it. I also would like to mention that the camper cost less than 20k. so these fees I feel are relatively high for the cost of the camper.

Great little RV dealership, I live out of state and purchasing a unit from this dealership was well worth it. A few minor hiccups, but I believe it is more due to the fact that they are a little dealership with a lot of business.

Overall a good experience. Could not find the toy hauler we wanted anywhere west of Minnesota; and Castle Country was only dealer in intermountain west interested enough to order one. Our "walkthrough" was very detailed with knowledgable sales manager. Since delivery, have found only a few very minor issues that we fixed. So why not 5 stars: customer communication needs some work; salesman was not there (day off) on our scheduled pickup day, were not informed that interior trim color was different than what we ordered and no contact with us after purchase.

You were all in to sell the camper and when I left I get the run around for a $10.00 part for the fantastic fan knob to make the fan over the bed I won’t recommend this place to anyone are wont be back to,replace my trailer Paul Irons

Keith was a great salesman. Very accommodating and knowledgable. He was able to bring in the trailer we wanted from their Logan sight to Helper to save us time driving there. Thanks to everyone that helped us at Castle Country RV.
