We started out looking for a fire surround and spoke with a few company’s on eBay who were not interested.
We started out looking for a fire mantle and contacted cast fireplaces.co.uk by phone, such an easy company to deal with and completed the purchase. Delivered by courier at arranged 0630, unboxed and fitted a few weeks later. Outstanding quality piece of black granite 👏👏

Brilliant Service
I had been looking at several sites online for a granite hearth. I chose Cast fire places as they had the nearest size hearth that we needed and I'm glad i did. The delivery guy arrived when they said he would long journey to where we live. As soon as my wife saw it her reaction was I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT says it all.

Replacement grate
I had struggled to find a replacement fire grate and contacted a number of specialists. Castle fires were by far the most helpful, detailed and useful getting me what I wanted and at a very good price. So I bought two. Highly recommended and delivery was awesomely fast.

Graham our Scottish delivery man did call me whilst at your property when delivering to ask if we had missed fireguard loading it on the van.
I said it was out out of stock and would be sent by DPD.
We do not arrange any delivery dates for Scotland as once Graham collects he sorts that out as he is a 3rd party. as he plans his own delivery runs.
Sorry you feel any information was lacking I know i have personally spoke to you twice and text about refund etc as you called me day after delivery asking if we could refund the fire screen.
I can assure you we certainly not cowboys and our delivery service is second to none.
3 Star Review I feel is a little harsh but we do take note you had to call twice but honestly i think every time you have contacted us by phone or text it has been dealt with in a professional manner certainly not a ramshackle operation.

Black and white quarry stone hearth
Delighted with my two new hearths.
Delivery went smoothly and was delivered earlier than expected. It was also a nice touch to phone me and notify that the items would be delivered a week earlier.

Looks Great! Fabulous Price
Having never ordered anything like this online before,I was a little bit anxious.
My fireplace was due to be delivered on Friday 26January and low and behold it arrived bright and early by two guys who couldn’t have been more helpful.
Fitted the following Wednesday and was just as we’d hoped for.
The gas fitter was impressed,especially when we told him the price.
Very happy with delivery,supplier,and aesthetic of fireplace.
No complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a new fireplace.
