I am very pleased with the support provided by Casita in helping me secure affordable student accommodation in Melbourne. I would also like to thank Kanchi Rajput for her assistance throughout the booking process, which was handled efficiently and smoothly.

Thanks to Harshita Sahu I was worried about my accommodation in dublin, reading about housing crisis n all. Finally got the property I want to stay in with reasonable good rate. I found overall services great. Happy to share my experience.

Abhyudai helped me with the accommodation and was very patient throughout the process. Even thought I had a time issue, he co operated with me and worked post his working time.

The employees are very kind and helpful. Tanisha Malhotra was assigned to me and was with me throughout the process , she was patient and easy to approach and really helped me find properties that would suit my needs.

I am leaving this review because Casita management has been completely ignoring my emails for a month regarding a missing £800 cashback.
On August 4th, I booked a room at Westfield in Edinburgh and paid my £50 deposit specifically because their agent, promised me an £800 cashback via WhatsApp. This was the deciding factor in choosing Casita over other companies.
Now, Casita is refusing to honor the agreement. They are blaming an internal communication gap regarding the promo's start dates and hiding behind the fact that agent is no longer with the company. However, another employee (Kandarp) confirmed the offer is real, and I even have photographic proof of their internal spreadsheet showing the exact promotion.
Instead of honoring the deal their official agent pitched to get me to sign, management is penalizing me for their own internal errors. Worse, they are simply ghosting my emails from March 16th and March 28th, which is incredibly distressing as a student with a final rent installment approaching.
I strongly advise future students not to trust any cashback promises made by Casita agents over WhatsApp.

I had a really good experience with Ms.Tanisha from Casita. She was very helpful and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. I asked quite a lot of questions, but she always answered everything clearly and patiently.
She was also always available whenever I had any concerns.she explained everything in a simple way and guided me step by step. Her support, guidance, and friendly approach made the whole accommodation process smooth and completely stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable help with accommodation.

Very disappointing experience with Casita. We booked student accommodation for my sister after being promised a cashback offer, which influenced our decision.

Now, months later, other students in the same accommodation who booked through different platforms like Amber got their cashback. However, those who booked through Casita including us were told by the accommodation that they never received any cashback related information from Casita.

When we contacted Casita, they denied having any record of the offer and said the agent who promised it is no longer with the company. They are now asking for screenshots as proof, which we unfortunately don’t have, and are refusing to honor the cashback.

This pattern raises serious concerns and feels very misleading. It seems like this could be part of how they operate.

I strongly recommend others stay away and be very cautious before trusting any offers from Casita.

My experience with Casita was smooth and quick. My consultant, Kanchi ma’am was very helpful and always available quickly whenever needed. She gave me quite a few options to choose from and also answered my questions well. She does her job really well. It was a convenient and easy process throughout.

Consistent follow up by Jeetesh was my deciding factor! He was well informed n prompt in his response. He enhanced my trust! Good work! Hope you continue the good work later too!
