Hi Lachlan,

We are genuinely sorry to see that you continue to feel so frustrated and let down by your experience. We understand that, after such a prolonged situation, receiving a response that does not directly address every concern you have raised can understandably be disappointing.

We acknowledge that your account was previously reviewed and that an issue affecting your account tier was identified and subsequently addressed. We also recognise that this situation has clearly left you with serious concerns about your account and your experience with Rocket Casino.

As your review includes account-specific information and a number of serious allegations, we are unfortunately unable to discuss or verify the details publicly. These matters require the appropriate review of your individual account and communications, which cannot be responsibly addressed within a public review.

Please be assured that we do take the concerns you have raised seriously. Our intention is not to dismiss your experience, but to ensure that any outstanding matters are handled appropriately and with the care they deserve.

Hello Dave,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your withdrawal experience felt frustrating, and we completely understand how important it is to receive your winnings without unnecessary stress.

First of all, congratulations on your winnings, that’s always great to see! 🎉

Regarding withdrawals, please note that we have a standard verification process in place. In most cases, accounts must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed. These checks are required for security and regulatory reasons to protect both our players and the platform. While we understand that verification steps can sometimes feel like delays, they are necessary to ensure safe and secure transactions.

That said, we sincerely apologize if the process took longer than expected in your case. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

We have sent a request via Trustpilot asking for your credentials so we can properly identify your account and review your case. You should receive a separate email directly from Trustpilot requesting this information through their secure system. Please note that this process is private, and your details will not be visible publicly.

Once we are able to review your account, we will gladly look into this matter and ensure it is handled appropriately.

Update: We’re still waiting to receive the requested details so we can review this properly. Whenever you’re ready to share them, we’ll be happy to look into your case and assist further.

Thank you again for your feedback.
