Felt good, decided to request a withdrawal of four hundred and eighty euros, but then they asked for document verification - sent in my passport scan, utility bill, bank statement, the works, and I thought that would be it. Nope, two days later they came back saying the photo quality wasn't good enough on my ID, so I uploaded it again from a different angle, clearer this time, but then they wanted a recent bank statement with my address visible, which I had to wait almost a week to get from my bank because I'd moved recently and the old one didn't show my current place. Sent that in mid-November and was told everything looked fine, my withdrawal was approved, but then nothing happened for five days, my money just sat there in pending status while I kept checking my account like an idiot, refreshing every few hours. On day six the support team told me there was a "technical delay" and to be patient, but honestly after nearly three weeks of back and forth with documents and waiting around, the whole thing left me frustrated and suspicious about whether I'd ever actually see that cash. The bonus they credited when I signed up was fast enough, appeared within an hour, but getting my winnings out felt like pulling teeth, and I haven't touched the site since.

Threw in two hundred fifty dollars on November 4th, got the bonus straight away which was nice, played some Gonzo's Quest and actually won a bit. Then I tried to cash out ninety dollars on November 6th and that's where it went downhill. They asked for KYC verification, fine, sent my documents the same day. But then nothing happened for days. I checked my account constantly, no updates, no messages, just stuck on pending. Around November 18th I contacted support and they said there was a delay with their system. I waited another week. By December 2nd I was fed up, tried to withdraw again but same issue, still verifying. The deposit bonus was fine I guess, games are there, but if you can't actually get your money out it doesn't matter much does it.
