Cash Money - Nanaimo & Hastings Arvostelua 

I went in for a pay-day loan and ended up with a line of credit. The rep did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each option. She took her time and didn't try to up-sell or push me in one direction or another.

I don't like that whenever I've gone to pay in the store, it takes forever to finalize completing loans or payments as they stare into the computer and always having online issues with my account. I can't trust that a payment will be on time due to their technical issues.

The steps are very confusing

I am quite annoyed with the customer service here. I was told that I could pay for my loan and reborrow all online instead of having to come in every time.

I was able to pay my loan via etransfer but I couldn't reborrow via etransfer only by direct deposit which would take up to 5 business days.

So now I have to go back in to cashmoney again.

The Vancouver location located on Hastings and Nanaimo were the only ones that I called and they actually answered the phone

It was my first real business interaction with Cash Money besides cashing a few checks,and I was very satisfied with the level of fairness and professionalism I encountered while in the business. I got way more than I was looking for a line of credit when I really needed it for work exspences and moving costs because my family and I are just about to move into a new place. So the employees there went above and beyond my expectations and I was very grateful and left feeling happy and satisfied.

The location on east hastings and Nanaimo st . Wouldn't cash my pay check because I hadn't been here for 2 years .. the woman said she had to call to verify my check she didn't even make it to the back to verify and came back and said she couldnt verify it , to come back later so I'm sitting here waiting for later let's see what happens
