I was very hesitant as it was the first time i had ever done this but Emma was an absolute angel. She walked me through each step with such ease and made me very relaxed through the whole process. She reassured me and explained everything clearly. More business need more people like her.

Just great service
Just great service! I got hit with a lot of unexpected expenses, and then my cat got sick! Couldn't wait until payday, so I called Vash Money. Drove to their store at 7 o'clock at night, got approved for a line of credit, and by the time I got home afterwards, the money was in my account! Joanne was tremendously helpful, and I can't recommend them highly enough! My cats mean the world to me, so I was just a wreck thinking I wouldn't be able to get her to the vet before payday. Cash Money in Vernon came through!

Every single time I call
Every single time I call, go into store or access online I am treated like a important person. I am comfortable to ask questions and I always get a answer or advice on where to find the answer. I never feel judged. On my last visit I had gone over my allowed limit on my bank card so I had to go to the bank to get what I needed to pay. Not one eye roll or any sign of annoyance on the representatives face. She smiled and said she would see me when I returned. I got back to the store and she smiled right away and helped me immediately.
Most other places would be sighing, eye rolling and change in the tone of voice when addressing me. At cash money none of that just respect and understanding even a giggle or two.
