Out of all the places I checked to buy my 2012 camaro (no accident) wasn't worth fixing and almost 300k they offered me the most money. But they should have let me know about the POA I needed for the change of title. But after a few emails everything went smoothly! I'd recommend cash for cars to anyone who wants to get rid of their car.

Horrible. Non English first language speaking reps from several cultures/countries, multiple repeated documents request, filed, approved, then later disapproved, up to five times. Got another text today claiming the latest demand for document not received… but this time had sent it through USPS CERTIFIED mail, delivered and confirmed by USPS. Would not recommend this service to your worst enemy.

Had signed and notarized documents and they wanted them resigned because they claimed they appeared to be strange. They read them back and everything was fine. Had form from DMV and notarized and then wanted POA signed. It’s 25 miles to get signed. Too much run a round . Never use you all again. Hard to understand some of the folks involved.

There was some confusion about how driveability of my vehicle was determined. Which affected the final sales price. But the transaction was smooth with specific guidance on title transfer. Arranging for the towing of the vehicle was good. The tow truck driver was on time and did a professional job.

It seems all areas are silo'd. The sales guy was great, but made an error. He couldn't help....but 5 other people tried.
Then to pick up, and 3 days before they figured out the problem was paperwork.
A lot of effort on my part. The local lot was great, but then the driver never called to meet me.

This was fast and easy. A great experience in a bad situation.

The process was straightforward, quick and easy. The tow truck came the next morning to pick up the vehicle. Great service!

I did an online quote. They offered $452 (I took a picture) I accepted the quote and received a reference number. (I took a picture of that) The next morning they called and said they can only give me $225, HALF of what the original offer was. THIS COMPANY ARE LIARS. THEY CAN'T BE TRUSTED!!!!

Our car selling experience with Cash for Cars was relatively simple and convenient. This company gave me a better quote than two others, the tow truck came within two days, and customer service was great. If in a similar situation, I’d use them again or recommend them to others.

Easy, quick, and fair

Was given an offer, agreed to it, then when it came time to finalize the offer was lowered substantially. Also everytime I was transferred to someone, the new person had no idea what just happened and would just repeat the same questions previously answered. Places on long holds as the people on the phone didn't know answers to simple questions. Horrible service.

I went into the process a little wary. I was trying to sell an old car that wasn’t running, but still had some value. I was able to start online, which was nice. Got an instant offer and then a representative followed up with me. The whole process was very easy. The representative was helpful and, very nice to deal with.

The great part was the ease of getting the offer and the value that was offered. The bad was the tow truck driver: he was supposed to call me an hour before arriving but called me ten minutes before arriving, he barely spoke English, and the check that he brought me had the wrong amount written in words even though the numbers written were correct.

I was skeptical but I had a good easy experience and received the amount they said I would get for my 2010 rav4. And the check went through at the bank.
