Franco is an outstanding case coach for anyone preparing for consulting interviews. He's direct and honest, and he has a sharp eye for exactly what you need to work on, whether that's tightening your structure, getting comfortable with different case types, or refining the finer points of your delivery.

Beyond case prep, Franco helped me craft compelling answers to fit questions, showing me how to highlight my growth and adaptability in a way that resonates with interviewers.

Thanks to his coaching, I landed a summer internship at a top consulting firm in the United States, received a return offer, and will be starting full-time in New York.

If you're serious about breaking into consulting, he's the coach to work with.

I worked with Franco to prepare for BCG Stockholm interviews and found him genuinely helpful. Our sessions covered case structuring, market sizing and fit questions, and he was very good at pinpointing exactly where my answers could be stronger. One piece of feedback that stuck with me: he pushed me to ground my "Why BCG" answer in real conversations I'd had with people at the firm, rather than generic consulting language. It made my answers much more authentic. He also helped me reframe some of my fit stories so they showed more of how I actually work with people.

I made it through to the case interview round and came very close to the next stage. The preparation also carried over into my other applications, and I've since accepted an offer in Corporate Finance at SEB. I'd recommend Franco to anyone preparing for consulting interviews. He's honest, practical and invested in your progress, and I'll definitely be working with him again when I reapply.I worked with Franco to prepare for BCG Stockholm interviews and found him genuinely helpful. My session with Franco was really helpful and very productive. He helped me with all my open questions, and we conducted a full mock interview with feedback. His tips were really valuable, and in the end I got the consulting offer I was practising for with him. I would recommend him anytime!

I worked with Franco. He was really helpful and gave me very valuable feedback during the process. He was also really encouraging despite how stressed I was. A really good teacher and mentor, I highly recommend

Franco really tailored coaching to my needs, and was very helpful overall.

Franco is a fantastic case coach who knows how cases run. I had several sessions with Franco, who gave me great tips for all types of situations I might face in a case.

With his help, I secured two MBB offers.

Franco is an exceptional coach whom I highly recommend if you want to understand the key steps to crack case interviews.

He provided very clear and actionable feedback, which helped me get an offer from Oliver Wyman (the only firm I interviewed with).

He is also very transparent and honest: he won’t suggest additional coaching sessions if he thinks you are ready, while still being available for further sessions if you feel you need them.

Working with Franco was the absolute best investment I made for my consulting prep! Before our sessions, I wasn't quite sure about how to structure case interviews. Franco helped me build the framework by identifying my weak spots and giving me targeted, actionable feedback. His mock interviews felt just like the real thing, which completely took away my anxiety.

Thanks to his support, I received the BCG offer! 100% recommend!

I had a great time practicing with Franco, he gave me real feedback and a real structure on how to approach cases. I was able to obtain an offer at Mckinsey!

Franco was instrumental in helping me secure my post-MBA Consultant role at BCG Riyadh. I can confidently say my success was 100% down to the rigorous and highly tailored prep regimen he put me through. He pushed me to sharpen my problem-solving, communication, and confidence until I was genuinely prepared for anything on interview day. I couldn’t recommend him more highly to anyone serious about breaking into MBB.

Smooth booking process, great coach very helpful and really worth it to spend the amount for a session

Franco was a fantastic coach and guide - I could not have gotten my MBB offer without him. We had several sessions together. In the first, he generally diagnosed my strengths and weaknesses, and then he gave me corresponding questions and cases in the following sessions that we had to hone my performance. Beyond just being incredibly knowledgeable, he was tactical. I strongly recommend his services for MBB preparation.
