Ordered to Germany. The cover was poor quality shipped from china. I returned the item at my own expense. I did not receive a refund. No response to emails.

The paint of the phone case has started to come off just after 4 weeks(!!!) of use. The customer service offered to send replacement for free with a 16,99 USD shipping fee.

It’s a scam ! Do not buy! Item never arrived. Their support is unhelpful, claiming I should call some made up service. They just take money and send you a few emails.

The case is poor quality and their customer service is very bad. The coating on my case was going away after a day and when I reached out to get a refund they want me to send the case back to get a replacement and pay for shipping. Big SCAM! DO NOT BUY!

It's SPAM, dont buy please

I ordered and never received any tracking info. After a month, I reached out and they said it was an error and they had shipped again and it would be with me in 5-8 days. 2 weeks later and there is still nothing, no sign of what I ordered or tracking info. I have filed a case against them with my bank to get my money back. I fear it's all a scam.

Case is really poor quality, mag safe component has made really bad indentation on the case. Case wouldn’t protect phone well. Contacted the company for a refund. Slow responses. This company is based on China and unfortunately it took 4 weeks to ship, no shipping communication from the company either. I was very close to going through PayPal to get my money back after slow communication and no updates. Hoping the company can resolve giving me a refund soon.

Really bad quality product (totally useless in my case), the color is different from the picture.

They don’t want to refund me, they only proposed me to send a new case (same problem)

SCAM. Do not buy. They stole my money. Its been almost 2 months since I bought my order and they dont even reply to my messages. I never got a refund.

Scam company, do not buy. The website is well put together but after you place your order they will never ship or reply when you follow up.

Scam company. Pretending to be in the UK. prices and advertising in UK. Product is cheap chinese crap. Takes weeks to ship. All a marketing lie. Want to return? Send it back to china, and they say you must declare as $1 value. Dishonest, and unlawful. Total scam.
