Case Furniture Arvostelua

Excellent customer service and we’re pleased with our furniture.

What a great experience from start to finish. We love our new sideboard from CASE.

After searching on lots of websites, I contacted Case by telephone to inquire about their counter stools. Martha was very helpful and answered all my questions. I ordered 3 Profile counter stools (in oak and cream), and was delighted when Martha contacted me to say that delivery would be much quicker than originally expected. The stools arrived well packaged, and I am very happy with the style and quality. They are very well made, and although they were more expensive than other stools I had looked at, they are quality pieces of furniture.
Customer service was excellent, Martha kept me informed of delivery etc.
The only slight issue was that the delivery driver refused to take the pallet (that the stools were delivered on) away as we had been told he would. But that isn’t Case Furniture’s fault, and Martha did try to sort that slight issue.

Quick delivery, excellent customer service, top quality items. 👍

Very happy with the product and the purchase and delivery. Would use this company again.

Beautiful Oki Nami stools, which are really comfortable, were delivered speedily and efficiently.

Items matched the Web images exactly & dispatch was quick & items very well packaged. Great choice of high quality items in store.

The Stanley Armchair is our second item of "case" furniture. We love the mid-century "clean-lines" of Matthew Hilton's beautiful furniture designs. "Case" furniture is superbly crafted. The sales/admin team were very professional, helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this company.

Beautiful modern furniture. Clean lines

What's not to like? Fabulous Danish style, really helpful and knowledgeable staff, delivery was arranged quickly and guys who delivered were super efficient and helpful and assembled our gorgeous furniture. Very happy - thanks Anna, Andy and all at Case

I love with my new, very beautiful table. Case Furniture's customer service to fix up delivery time with their contract delivery company was communicated well. Although delivery was later in the evening than scheduled, the table was assembled quickly and with care.

Case Furniture proved to be good value and easy to deal with from both a sales and aftersales perspective. The delivery was on time and done with the utmost care.

A great product, well made, exactly as specified, well packed and presented. It has already given me hours of pleasure, being able to read in a dark but cosy corner.

Brilliant service, kept up to date fully with when my order would arrive - like everything stock is slow to arrive due to Covid, however the team at Case make sure you're well informed. Product was as expected and delivery was first class, very happy!

Beautiful table, excellent and friendly customer service from case furniture from initial enquiry through to delivery and assembly. Well worth opting for the "white glove service" provided by helpful and efficient assemblers. I couldn't be more pleased.
Thank you, case.

Excellent service and the stools are wonderful thank you so much for your kind and considerate attention to my order

I decided to indulge my taste for Case Furniture by adding another Oki Nami chair to my set by buying one in their outlet.

I hadn’t dealt with the showroom previously but for this transaction needed to sort it all out with them.

Martha was incredibly helpful from start to finish - sending me photos of the chair, sorting out the order & updating on pick up etc.

Case is definitely the place to go for well designed & good quality furniture & good customer service too.

A bit of a wait but my bench was beautiful and very carefully wrapped, great communications all the way too.

Fabulous furniture. Excellent customer service. Delivery was as promised with regular updates. Delighted with my dining table and chairs and sideboard.

Wonderful customer service and prompt delivery. Thank you.

Beautiful piece of furniture delivered promptly and professionally, after we received good and helpful advice in the showroom.
