Took 6 weeks to arrive, and item was a dupe and poor quality, phone case doesn't fit properly and keeps sliding off, customer service slow and unhelpful. avoid.

Awful customer service took weeks and weeks for a case to arrive!! Ended up with a charge back from my bank before it arrived!! Stay clear!!

Unfortunately, on this occasion, there were significant delays within the delivery network that were outside of our direct control. However, we recognise that this does not change the experience you had as our customer, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We have since resolved this issue and all orders are being delivered on time.

We have since changed delivery partners and no issues have been reported since.
My order never arrived
My order never arrived. Customer service absolutely appalling. It wasn’t until I reported them that I finally got a response which was totally inaccurate. Very disappointed daughter who was really looking forward to getting a new phone case for her birthday.

Bad customer service
I returned my item due to poor quality, I had to fight for a return and a month later still not received a refund despite sending the item back. Impossible to get a response from anyone, a really poor service.
