Ich habe diesen Shop zum ersten Mal ausprobiert und bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Die Bestellung war einfach und unkompliziert, und mein Paket kam bereits nach zwei Tagen an – schneller als erwartet. Die Ware war sorgfältig eingepackt und entsprach vollständig der Produktbeschreibung. Die Qualität ist wirklich gut, man merkt, dass hier auf Materialien und Verarbeitung geachtet wird. Der Preis ist fair für das, was man bekommt. Ich habe den Shop bereits an meine Kolleginnen weiterempfohlen. Auf jeden Fall ein verlässlicher Anbieter, bei dem ich gerne wieder bestellen werde.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this purchase genuinely disappointed me... :( The brand presents itself as a high-quality boutique from UK, however, my experience would say just: better looking asian reseller.

On the website, the phone cases looked cute, well-made, and described as crafted in Europe, which made the higher price seem justified... Customer service was polite, but the first red flag appeared when the tracking number didn’t work, even though I was informed that the order had already been shipped.

I placed the order on January 26. After six days, I had to ask for a tracking link that actually worked. They eventually provided one more link that worked, but it already seemed questionable.

The package arrived after 12 days, slightly longer than promised, but delays can happen in logistics, so I don't blame them for that.

What truly disappointed me was the actual quality of the products. When I unpacked the three phone cases, they looked cheaply made. Compared to items commonly found on Shein, Alibaba, or similar marketplaces where they are usually purchased for a fraction of the price. I even found all three identical-looking products on these wholesale websites, which honestly made me feel misled.

Don't get me wrong, the cases are not terrible, but they are absolutely not what I would expect from a small UK boutique shop in London charging premium prices and describing products as they do.

So, unfortunately, I really do not recommend this e-shop. If you like this style, you may find very similar products elsewhere for much lower prices.

I ordered 6 placemats, i received an email it got shipped the 1st of February, however it is still in transit. Asked for an update via 2 different email accounts but did not receive anything back. No clue if and when it will arrive.

I’m really confused by this purchase and by the other reviews. Has something changed? I ordered a bath mat, which claimed on the website to have been made by artisans in Turkey, which had a tag on it saying made in China. What’s more the website repeatedly states that they are “big on” no plastic packaging, and it arrived in fully plastic packaging with the mat itself wrapped around a sort of plastic/polystyrene stick. I very much doubt that the cotton is organic as claimed and there is nothing to indicate that it is. There is no way this is worth the £50 price tag. Avoid.

After seeing this review the company got in touch and resolved everything really quickly :) My previous email had gone to spam, and they were really nice and helpful once they knew there was a problem. I have the phone case and it's gorgeous, so it'd highly recommend them for both the product and the customer service!

I placed order 2196054E two weeks ago and received an email saying I would be notified when it shipped (which was supposed to be within a few working days). Nothing seems to have happened since. I emailed asking for an update but got no response. It looks like the ordered was just never processed or shipped. I ordered at the same time as a new phone so that it would be protected. Really bad customer service. I think I'll need to buy a case somewhere else and reverse the charge with the bank.

Habe den Tangerine Bezug mit Wärmflasche bestellt. Der Bezug ist super. Im Vorfeld hatte ich Fragen zur Wärmflasche bzgl. Qualität, Prüfverfahren, Kennzeichnung. Darauf wurde mir auch prompt geantwortet, dass diese alle gängigen Prüfverfahren etc. erfüllt und die entsprechenden Kennzeichnungen hat.
Als ich die Wärmflasche erhalten habe, hatte diese keinerlei Kennzeichnung, wirklich eine komplette Blanko-Wärmflasche ohne Herkunftsbestimmung, habe dann nochmal nachgefragt, ob man mir einen Nachweis zu den Kennzeichnungen und Prüfverfahren zuschicken kann, daraufhin wurde der bis dato sehr schnell antwortende Support still – warte weiterhin auf die Rückmeldung. Und hoffe, dass mir die Wärmflasche nicht irgendwann im Schoss platzt. ;)

Looks cute, but it’s super impractical. It’s so slippery that I have no grip. First day of having it I dropped my phone more than 5 times. I just stopped counting after that… I had to remove it as the case I got was paper thin and it almost has no protection on the side with the display. Normally you get slight protection from other cases so that when dropped on the display side flat on flat surfaces it doesn’t affect the display… the delivery was quite long too for the price…

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Jai acheté une coque de téléphone à 40€ , les bords ne collent pas bien sur les côtés, cest du silicone mal assemblé, qui a du leur couter 2,50€ . Très déçue.

Ho fatto ordine per delle tovagliette(carissime), in data 19 marzo ed ancora non sono arrivate (29 marzo). Il numero di tracciamento non é visibile, il team casarolio risponde con puntualità ma ancora le tovagliette non sono arrivate e non so nemmeno dove siano. Appena arriveranno, se arriveranno, vi saprò dire la qualità ma per adesso sono costretta a scrivere una recensione negativa.
