Fantastic experience with Motoroo! Brilliant communication. Qamar was happy for us to take our time looking at the car and to answer any questions. No rush and no pressure. Happy for me to test drive the car although I was late for the appointment due to the joys of the M25.
Car beautifully presented. One year MOT and additional service included in price.
Qamar also agreed to deliver as I was slightly apprehensive about driving a new car over an hour home. Delivery was planned for the Wednesday due to the garage having pre existing deliveries booked but to my surprise I received a call the next day informing me driver was on the road and 90 minutes later car was at my house! I was even given a box of chocolates.
Thanks again from a very happy customer!

Not enough transparency in pricing. I purchased a car from Motoroo, but I felt that the pricing was not transparent. There were some additional fees that I was not aware of, Which added to the overall cost. The sales team should be more upfront about the pricing.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing from Motoroo, Abdul in particular was extremely helpful and provided a great experience, the company was so quick and efficient I saw the car on Thursday and by Sunday morning it was mine. All questions and worries were answered and explained right away making it a much more enjoyable experience. Abdul arrived dropping the vehicle off and was so lovely making the process much easier too, he was extremely kind dropping off some chocolates too going that extra mile. Would definitely recommend and could not fault them at all.

Great experience start to finish
Such a great experience with Motoroo to buy my first car! I came across the car on Autotrader on Friday and by Monday afternoon it was on my driveway - and right before Christmas, too. Great communication via WhatsApp with Qamar who swiftly answered all of my questions for me, and the car was delivered with a smile by Abdul who also very kindly wiped down some mud that had splattered on the car during his drive over. The car arrived lovely and clean with a fresh MOT carried out this morning before delivery. And a box of chocolates as a cherry on top! Thank you for a lovely experience start to finish, and a safety net of 14 days to change my mind if I'm not happy with it for any reason. Highly recommend!

5 Star Old School Service!!
I bought a car from Motoroo a couple of days ago, and what can I say?…the car was ready for me when I arrived, and was prepared to a very, very high standard. I was given time to check the car over at my leisure, no high pressure sales techniques, just a relaxed friendly atmosphere. This was followed by a test drive, all good.
On my arrival, I was greeted by Qamar and immediately offered a seat and refreshments. We completed the deal, all at a steady pace that I was comfortable with. His work ethics are outstanding!
As I am of the older generation, I can confidently say that Motoroo as a whole, delivers a trustworthy old school service. Well done to a team that I can highly, highly recommend.
