Unfortunately APC are their delivery partner. I missed the first two delivery attempts, although my wife was home for one! I rescheduled to when I would be here, then I get a message to say I missed it again. IMPOSSIBLE, I’m at the end of the road, the van has to turn here, I have a dog so don’t need a doorbell!

I have called APC three times, but never got an answer. I have written to Cartec saying to keep the products.

Wow this is absolutely amazing product
Ive used loads of manufacturers and this really stands out
No fillers super quick obviously depending on type of machine
No white getting stuck on black plastic
Even the microfiber clothes are sublime
Im returning to buy more without doubt

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The order was placed on 2 August and since then there have been multiple issues and parts missing. The snow foam cannon developed a fault after only being used once, and replacement parts that were supposed to be sent are now missing with DPD investigating.

I’ve contacted Cartec multiple times to try and resolve the situation. Despite this, the communication has been extremely poor and I have repeatedly had to chase for updates.

For an order of this value, I expected a much higher level of customer service. The lack of communication and the way the issues have been handled has been very frustrating and, in my opinion, unprofessional.

Long story short if you buy anything from these just hope everything works as it should as they don’t give a flying turd once they have your money. I had used this company previously and not had to deal with ‘ customer service ‘

I Bought a pressure washer (active 2.0), broken within two months and 18 uses, James ( owner and co-founder ) offered to get it repaired never offered replacement, I asked numerous times how long can I expect to be without the unit, didn’t answer this simple question not even an acknowledgement of the simple question, had enough of not getting the answer so asked for refund I’m not spending my life chasing around a shoddy product or service.

Given the short ownership (2 month) on my first phone call with him the initial response should have been I’ll arrange a replacement can you return this one please, or maybe that’s just too much to ask !

He eventually got the face on replied with an email in capitals offering refund only after a letter of pre small claims court action, and then told me not to use their services again, stating I’m irrational whilst CC’ing in the manufacturer and different emails internally ( would a blind carbon copy not sufficed, nope he wants to make a big statement) as well, we have a saying up north for this. ‘ who’s a mardy bum’

Also in the same email my custom is not worth his time, this works two ways my money is not worth his time and we go back to the initial phone call, the answer should have been I’ll send a replacement can you return the broken unit please, would have saved all ‘ his time ‘ which is clearly more valuable than mine or anyone else’s.

I also note a good majority of the 1 star reviews on here relate to customer service.

I'm really happy with the service I received. I ordered a polishing machine from Cartec but didn't see the description that said the item was out of stock, and ordered was essentially placing a pre-ordered (the description was collapsed on mobile). I emailed to ask how long the wait would be for stock, and received a reply almost instantly. The polisher was dispatched two days later and the delivery arrived next day.

I do not have my item yet so can’t say if I’ve had a good experience or not. As of today I haven’t had an experience other than waiting!!!! Ordered on the 7th still nothing on the 14th not happy

I seen Cartec products on Facebook and looked it to and decided to buy some and polish my car and the results were amazing.
