They made the buying experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for better service – highly recommended!

Recently bought a car from carstore little island and was dealing with the sales rep Ab , couldn’t recommend him enough his customer service was amazing

Delighted with my recent car purchase from Carstore in Little Island. Duncan was fantastic to deal with,
no pressure, just genuine help and great advice. He’s been brilliant with any follow-up questions too. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Sean was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely go to Keary's Carstore

David and Warren were so helpful. I wasn’t sure the car I wanted was within my budget but David ensured I found the the exact one I was looking for within budget. I was worried about getting finance approved as I had never had any debt but Warren made the process a breeze. The entire process was quick, simple and stress free. Would recommend to anyone!!

I purchased a car on the 17th of July the car was a 151 it had a puncture, my windows did not work and there was four diagnostic faults for misfiring in cylinder 3 and there was a knocking noise going up the gears, I returned the car on the 18th on July, I spoke with Declan he was so rude would not let me speak also told me it was a bent spark plug (I also had a qualified mechanic with me as I felt like I wasn’t being listened ) which he explained that if the car was fully serviced the spark plug (wouldn’t be bent) there was no service record on the car since (2018) he gave me the car back after replacing the spark plugs and I drove the car for 20mins and the engine light came on (my mechanic plugged it into the diagnostic and it was the same 3 faults)
I brought it back again the following day as they wore closed and he told me that he’d have the car fixed I was once again explaining the noise in the car when changing gear he said “ it’s not as loud I can’t hear it so it’s obviously not a big problem, as I only work of what I can see not what I can hear” which in my opinion was absolutely ridiculous. my mechanic couldn’t stress enough that the car is not up the standard or road worthy as the tyres are over 7 years old , the noise in the gears while changing and also the faults in the engine. I am back and forth the last two weeks. I received my log book my name and address was spelled wrong. I had to cancel my finance on the car since as this company is no help and have no respect for there customers.

I also have pictures of everything and proof of all the faults on my car

Duglas is excellent. he helped me alot in getting my car. He is very professional, very kind and absolutely a brilliant car saler.

Doug couldn’t have been any more helpful. Grateful I came across Carstore. The delivery of my car to Dublin and paperwork was done within a week. Been driving my car since I received it and couldn’t be happier. Thanks all for making this possible. I’ll be back:)

I recently purchased a Hyundai i20from Carstore on the Kylemore Road, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the experience. I want to give special thanks to Richard, my sales rep, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

I was quite indecisive at the start and unsure of what I really wanted, but Richard was extremely patient, informative, and—most importantly—not pushy in the slightest. He gave me the time and space I needed to make the right decision for myself, while still being there to answer all my questions clearly and honestly.

His relaxed, professional manner made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I never felt pressured, just well taken care of. That kind of service is rare and really appreciated.

If you're considering buying a car, I highly recommend visiting Carstore Kylemore Road and asking for Richard. He made what could have been a difficult decision feel easy and positive.

We had a fantastic experience with Duglas. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered every question with patience and honesty, and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.

What really stood out was how passionate Duglas is about his job — you can just tell he truly loves what he does. That kind of enthusiasm is rare and made the whole experience feel really special. He’s not just selling cars, he’s making sure people leave feeling happy and confident in their choice, and that’s exactly how we felt.

What stood out the most was how comfortable and at ease Duglas made us feel — no pressure, no sales talk, just a warm, respectful atmosphere. It felt more like chatting with a knowledgeable friend than doing business. We left feeling confident and happy with our decision, and that’s entirely down to the way we were treated.

Duglas is exceptionally good at what he does, and it shows in the way he treats his customers: with genuine care, respect, and professionalism. We left feeling heard, understood, and completely at ease.

If you’re looking for someone who knows his stuff, truly cares, and will go above and beyond to help you, I cannot recommend duglas enough. An absolute five-star experience from start to finish
