STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I ordered car seat covers from them (June 6. 2025) and a week later they emailed me to let me know that they couldn't fulfill the order. I have emailed them every week since and as of Jun 26, 2025 I have yet to hear from them and they have STOLEN my $400. BUY AMERICAN. BETTER COMPANIES IN THE USA.

July 4th, 2025 sent anther email requesting a refund with order number. Will see how ling it take them to reply if at all.

July 11, 2025 Have sent 2 more emails and still have not heard from this piece of @$@! company.

Received mats that didn’t fit my car so I contacted car silks. They asked for a video which I sent three weeks ago and haven’t heard from them since.

I bought a set of seat covers from them for my new truck. Took 3 months to get them. They sent me something I could have bought at Walmart or autozone. Nothing like they advertised. How can they do this. Now they will not return my emails. I hope people read this before they buy and it happens to them. Im out 269.00 and absolutely will not put these in my new truck. So if you read this, you won't get what they advertised on there web sight. I got scammed out of 269.00 for junk covers and no head rest come with seat covers. Ordered seat covers for my Jeep April 25th finally got a notice that they had shipped on May 24th still don't have them. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work don't buy anything from these people like the other guy says they don't answer emails or messages

Ordered (order 7454) a month ago and began sending emails last week asking for an update. I received no response to my multiple emails. Their online chat is always offline so you can't contact them that way. They will just take your money and then nothing but silence. Buyer beware...do not order anything from this company.

AI response to questions about shipment. Still have not received items.

I order a set for a Mustang got a order# and that was it PLUS they got my money tried emailing and nothing also I thought these were made in USA

🚫 Absolutely Terrible Experience with Carsilk – Avoid at All Costs!

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Carsilk. They took my money over a month ago and have done nothing but lie and make empty promises since. I’ve been trying to get updates, and every time, I’m given vague excuses or no response at all. It’s been more than 30 days, and I still haven’t received what I paid for — no proper updates, no resolution, just dishonesty and delays.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I trusted this company, but it’s clear they have no respect for their customers. Be warned — do not trust Carsilk with your money. They’ll take it and give you nothing in return but stress and wasted time.

Got Email saying order is on the way 22/05/2025 , checked and says Sender has despatched item 20/05/2025.

Since then nothing, no updates, messages online chat and always offline, no reply from Email either.
Still waiting……………….
After all that waiting I finally got my delivery on 09/06/2025 but seriously they had one job, they did not put trunk car mat,which I paid already. Now they are are responding my email or anything about my refund. Very poor customer service.
I highly recommend to avoid this company.

Ordered on 2nd of May and still not received, today is the 29th. No responses to online chat and vague promises of a follow up. Claimed to have warehouse issues and an update. I think they are a fraud as no way to contact them via phone. I am afraid I’m out of my money. Let the buyer beware.

We placed an order April 8th and never received our product. We have tried reaching out via email and it takes a very long time for them to respond. When they did respond, all they responded with was "it was delivered", they didn't give any additional information, no proof of delivery, nothing. We're trying to get a tracking number and shipping company so we can see when and where they delivered, incase delivery was to the wrong house. Customer service is terrible. We will try to reach out again today, via live chat, hoping to get some answers. contacted customer service through instagram chat. They responded right away and asked me for my order number. I provided it to them. They continued to read my messages, but not respond. The final mention was me saying that what they are doing is not right and that we would be contacting our bank and reporting a fraudulent charge made by them. They read it and did not respond.
one tracking site says order was delivered on may 15th and the delivery was made to a house in chicago illinois. I live in Ontario, Canada. Shop tracking says "package is on its way"

They don't even properly fit my floors , appear to be completely wrong for vehicle. Temu fit way better and a fraction of what I paid for these mats

I purchased a complete set of seat covers from Carsilk for my F250 truck in October 2024. The driver's seat is cracking in two places. I have contacted the company multiple times and have provided pictures of the failed seat cover. To date, no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed in their post-purchase service.

Absolute scam. Ordered mats for my car, was told theyd be delivered in 18-20 days. Nothing showed up. They provided tracking that never updated just told it was expected.

When contacted on social media they just left me on read repeatedly. Save your time and money dont buy with them.

Shouldve looked them up, all their good reviews are generally mass posted on the same day and more or less all say the same things. DO NOT BUY!

I ordered covers for my 2016 Toyota Sienna. After waiting 5 weeks for them to arrive the front seat covers were close, but made no provision for the arm rests The rear seat covers were completely wrong as they seem to be designed for the rear bench seat in a sedan, (just like the rear seat in their video), while all Sienna's have independent rear seats mounted on tracks that move independently of each other. I sent an email telling them this, (their phone number is out of service) they didn't respond for 13 days, and then they wanted me to install them and take a video. By that time we had already removed the seat covers from our previous Sienna and reinstalled them in the 2016, (a four hour process). No Way am I taking those covers back off, unpacking their incorrect covers, and making a video of the impossibility of making their covers fit correctly. I pointed this out and have heard nothing back for three weeks so I am escalating the dispute to Paypal for a refund. The payment was accepted by a company called Reciclar which claims no responsibility?
Order #5609, ordered March 6, 2025 shipment notice March 29th, delivered between April 21st and April 25th, (we were away and the package was at the post office when we returned). My complaint email sent April 26th, "sorry for the delay in responding" email on May 4th. No substantive response since then, although plenty of promotional emails.
additional note: May 31st, still no reply from Carsilks

At first, I was sure I got the wrong mats because they looked off to me (I'm not great with measurements). I contacted the company, and they kindly asked for photos. When I laid them down properly with my husband's help, turns out they fit just right! Appreciate the support and patience from the team.

The 4 star rating for this company must have been created by THEM because the floor mats they sell are totally misrepresented. Black with "Ferrari"red turns out to be coral/orange with very little black. Black stitching ends up as gold. They finally replied to me (and did not solve my problem) only after I posted a negative review on another site. Avoid this company.

Defective Floor mats
I was excited to order the floor mats to install into my car. However, upon receipt of the floor mats front and back for my 2017 lincoln mkz, they did not fit and were defective. I've sent several emails requesting a refund or them sending the correct mats and getting no proper response.

It does the job, but the fit isn't perfect for my Honda CR-V. it's a bit too loose and doesn't sit as neatly as I hoped. Still usable, just not as snug as expected for the price.
