Buy at your own risk! After weeks of I contacted them about delivery, Joey responded that they were not able to make them for my vehicle which was listed on the website. I requested a refund and was told it would take about two weeks to complete the process. Now four weeks later, no refund, no communication and no explanation. Complete bullshit.

I ordered these mats for my 2021 Ford F150 Super Crew. They claim to custom make match for every vehicle, which is a lie. The mats I ordered do not fit the truck properly. They are actually made for a car. They don't cover the floor in the. Rear cab, as they should. There are flaps that there's no way to attach, so they just fall out. When you get out of the vehicle, the clips on the driver's side Mat, they do not attach properly to the clips. On the floor which don't allow the mats to lay flat. I paid extra money for the Ford label to be embroidered and it looks like a 5-year-old child did it with a holly hobby sewing machine. I contacted customer support. They told me I had to submit pictures and videos to ensure that installation was correct. Which I have done multiple times It has now been over 2 months, almost 3. They refuse to accept the return and refund the order. Saying that the installation is correct, which is false based on all the videos and everything that I have shown them. And they refuse to take any action at all to take responsibility for the shabby poor quality of their product. I wish that I could submit the pictures that I submitted to them and show the email threads that i've been dealing with this company since june.It's totally totally unacceptable.Please do not order from this company.You will regret it.It is a complete waste of money. They have said they would provide me with installation videos for my vehicle.All they could provide me were short ten second clips of youtube videos of different mats being installed in different cars.Nothing as an actual installation video for a truck or any other vehicle for that matter.Showing you exactly how to install where to attach an actual installation video.Nothing could be provided because they have nothing.

I received a defective product (floor mats that didn’t fit my car) in July 2025. I contacted the team to escalate the issue and they confirmed that the product looked like it didn’t fit properly. I have escalated that I would like a refund, and the company is now ignoring my emails.

It's not what I thought. Plus, it's about %40 fit. Not bad. But short in places. It's not snug up to my seat tracks and the side wall against the center conceal could go more past the seat as well. The extra floormate on top of the floormate is not as advertised, It is not be except able.
I'm reporting you to my bank as fraud.

The website mentions 10-15 days for your order. This is a lie. I waited over 30 days, and received nothing. There is no number to call, only email. So I emailed and was told that my made to order covers would soon arrive. I decided to cancel my order. I sent an email to cancel and for a return label. No reply. The seat covers did come in about a week later and I was surprised because I had canceled them. Also, I had ordered from and rear seat covers and only the front came in,
Carsilks would not send me a return label, after multiple requests for a return label. THIS COMPANY WILL NOT SENT YOU A RETURN LABEL, THE WEBSITE SAYS 30-DAY RETURNS. THIS IS A LIE. THEY TOLD ME THAT YOU HAVE 6 HOURS FROM THE TIME THAT YOU RECIEVE YOUR SEAT COVERS TO CANCEL. SO WHICH IS IT? 30 DAYS OR 6 HOURS.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I AM STUCK WITH THERSE SEAT COVERS NOW. THEY ARE OF POOR QUALITY.

I ordered seat covers around 2 months ago. They contacted me saying they couldn't make them for my car, so I told them to refund me the money.

Two months later, after asking several times, they haven't refunded me the money. Its a BIG SCAM.

I wrote a review of this shambles of a company before, and its only gotten worse.

I ordered a dash board cover, it didn't fit and the quality is so cheap its not worth what they charge. Contacted them to say I'd like to return it, as is my rights as a consumer. They refused unless I provide evidence that it doesn't fit. So I sent photos.

I was told this isn't evidence, and they need a video of me installing the product, Which I did, once I had time to.

Once they received the video they said please allow 3 days for us to investigate.

It's now been over 2 weeks, and over 2 months since my original order! They are ignoring my emails, and I have sent over 100! I want my refund for this cheap product!

It is clear to me that all positive reviews on this site are fraudulent and written by the company, as they are all similarly worded!

Furthermore, they advertise themselves as a Canada based company, but they ship from Vietnam!

DO NOT BELIEVE A SINGLE POSITIVE REVIEW ON HERE!

Avoid this company like the plague!

They are fraudsters, scammers and breaking consumer rights laws!

Save your money! The only thing slick about the Carsilk seat covers is the Social Media Ad campaign and the videos. The product itself is garbage and did not fit. The seat covers came with no instructions and cheap fasteners that did not work. Customer service is non-existent.

I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Carsilk. My experience with this company has been nothing short of infuriating. I ordered custom-fit seat covers for my truck, and it took nearly a month for them to arrive. By the time they showed up, my vehicle was in the shop for bodywork and paint—delayed by about a month beyond the original timeline.

Once I finally got the truck back and tried to install the seat covers, I discovered they didn’t even remotely fit. These were advertised as custom-made, but what I received looked generic and completely incompatible with my vehicle's seats.
I contacted Carsilk immediately, only to be met with indifference. Their response? Essentially: “Tough luck.” No offer to help, no exchange, no return—just a dismissive attitude and no accountability.
Carsilk clearly does not stand behind its products or care about customer satisfaction. If you choose to buy from them, be prepared to waste your money and receive absolutely no support when things go wrong. I will be burning these rags in my burn pile in the morning. At least I’ll get some satisfaction out of that.

This place has bad customer service and sells you products that doesn't fit your model of vehicle and then ignore you, stay away!

I purchased the Carsilks floor mats expecting a custom fit and decent quality, but unfortunately, the product fell short on every front. The mats didn’t fit my vehicle properly despite being advertised as tailored to my model. The material feels flimsy and cheap—nowhere near the premium quality suggested in the listing.
To make matters worse, the mats arrived bundled in a sack with no protective packaging, which already raised concerns about the seller’s standards. I attempted to contact customer support multiple times but received no response. Adding to the frustration, the company claims to offer refunds, yet there’s no actual process to initiate one—no return instructions, run around email communication, nothing working. It feels like blatant false advertising. This company should be investigated for deceptive practices.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the same experience. If you're considering these mats, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Order seat covers for my Toyota Tacoma, I got the covers , not what they showed on line video, they do not cover the seat backs 360* the sides are open and you see the old seat covers, trying to get a refund for 2 months, this company is scam customer service is the worse, sent them video like they ask and they are ghosting me now they are a scam BUYER BEWARE

Ordered floor mats for our 2024 Nissan Rogue. They arrived scrunched up in a plastic bag which necessitated them to be "smoothed out"which took a couple of days!. They appeared to be of decent quality and we were excited to see them in the vehicle, however when I attempted to install them, they were much too large and could in no way be made to fit!
The sad part is that when I attempted to contact the company to take advantage of their "great customer service", there was NO RESPONSE! Absolutely nothing! I tried using their chat line as well as submitting an email in an effort to resolve the issue. Nary a reply or even an acknowledgement that they had received any communication from me.
To say we are disappointed would be an understatement, an absolutely terrible experience dealing with this company!
If they read this review, I would love to be able to revise it to say that they saw it, contacted me and made the situation right! Come on Car Silks, step up to the plate and fix this!

Bought a full set of car mats from carsilk. Once received, I say the quality was subpar with clear fitment issues. I politely reached out to support team to request a refund, but they kept stalling via emails ; saying they are processing my request. After several months, they ghosted me. Do not purchase from this company. It's a scam. Products do not fit my car and possibly don't even belong to the car I ordered it for. Trunk mat doesn't fit either. Refused the return of items and refund me my money. They folded all the mats in half and creased the leather. Items were shipped in a garbage bag.

Again do not purchase from this company.

Avoid at all cost!!! Ordered the “luxury” mats for my Lexus and I am very disappointed. Paid best part of £200 for a set of “quality” mats that having now arrived would be poor value at even £30. Absolute rip-off, they are so poor I’ve had to put them straight in the bin. The actual item delivered bears no relation to pictures on the website. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Ordered car seat covers early July. Never received anything. Inquired about order mid-August only to be offered some other covers that were nothing like the ones I bought.

Warning. If you want custom car mats. I wanted custom mats for my RRS. Do not use Carsilks. They are a complete rip off. What they advertise is perfect fitting car mats. What you get is a disgrace. I would not fit them in a garden shed let alone my car. when I complained about them they just fobbed me off with excuses and will not give me a refund. please spread the word and stop this rip off company. 6th October 2025 They have the balls to reply as if they are concerned. Absolute disgrace. Please Trust pilot sort the reviews out and only accept genuine reviews and people would know the truth regarding companies like this

This company is a scam! I paid a LOT of money for their only advertised high-quality car seat covers. They bait and switched me, sending a completely different product (low quality - low value). When I notified them of the error - they said they had to modify the design for my vehicle - so couldn't use the advertised materials, couldn't use the high quality diamond pattern stitching on that lower quality material, couldn't use the same design/style - nor did it use the same fittings - this was obviously a cheap product made elsewhere that they dont even sell on their website! They are denying a refund or exchange- saying their fine print allows the product to only have 80% similarity to the product ordered - when it had maybe 10% similarity (i.e. had the same two cokours ordered - that's it!). They did NOT honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee, nor their 30 day money back warrantee. I am not unreasonable, and would have gladly given them ANOTHER month to fabricate the proper seat covers - but this is obviously a bait and switch scam. I'll happily share pictures of what I ordered vs what they sent me with anyone who contacts me. After disputing the charge with my credit card company - sending them photos and records of my email exchanges, they agreed with my position and reversed all charges.

Never received my order and when I reached out they said the carrier was "overloaded " What?! As soon as I asked for a refund they ghosted me. Stay away!!
