Amazing customer service. Still help with fit checks 4yrs after purchasing. There was an issue with my seat recently (bearing in mind it's 4yrs old!), they replied within a few minutes, liaised with the manufacturer and sent me the broken part free of charge and only charged postage - it arrived the next day. Would highly recommend. Wouldn't buy a car seat from anyone else

Upon arrival, the staff were extremely knowledgeable with measuring our kid’s weight and height, and recommending the most appropriate seat for our size car and for what we wanted.

We are very lucky to have a shop like this that has extended rear facing seats and that can fit the seats and demonstrate how to use them.

Before we became parents we had no idea about extended rear facing and just got our infant seat from the local (insert high street store here).

Through various online groups we got to learn that just because some seats are legal doesn’t make them the safest; with the new seat we’ve got, we can hopefully rear face till our kids are 7 years old, keeping them super safe.

We have purchased two seats from Natalie, one in 2023 and the second one just last week. Natalie is a true professional and very knowledgeable. We went to see her last week for a new seat for our son. We actually tried both kids in the new seat and she also tried it in our car. She then installed our new seat in our car before we left. Excellent service and delivery. I messaged them on the Thursday evening (day before Good Friday) asking about different seats and received a reply immediately. The seat was sent the day after the Easter bank holiday. The delivery did arrive a day later than expected but that was a delay at DPD and not car seat ninja. Received the seat today and sent photos to assess the fit of my son and received quick and helpful replies. Great customer service, delivery and aftercare. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Natalie has always been so knowledgable and friendly when enquiring about extended rear facing car seats. I’ve had three car seats from Natalie since my first child was born (I was lucky enough to win one through her recent giveaway - dreams do come true haha!) and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for one! They include a Britax Maxway Plus and a Axkid Minikid 2, and now the latest Avionaut Stardust for my baby, which I absolutely love and would recommend.
