Cars 4 Less Arvostelua

One of the best experiences I’ve had buying a car in 30 years. Nicole and her team are 5*. Great communication and even arranging complimentary collection from train station. Would definitely buy from them again

The service provided by this company is amazing and professional. I got a car sorted out over the phone within 30 mins by Nicole who is a kind and professional person. She gave me a date for them to deliver my car and it was fast and on time. When the car arrived I could see that it was kept in good care. I am very happy with this company and its amazing service. 😎

Brought a grandland X from these guys and the professionalism from start to finish was unreal, these people delivered and got everything sorted, they was beyond helpful, sorted everything, jus everything about there service was 1000% and I would recommend them a thousand times over… pure class!

Really happy with the service I received from Nicole. The car was clean and ready for me to view on arrival. I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase the vehicle. It was stress free and would definitely recommend my family and friends to buy from here! Thank you!

Brilliant service. No fuss, very accommodating and professional. Thank you Nicole!

Great buying experience, fantastic car and Nicole is so efficient, would recommend Cars4less.

Our experience here was a very pleasant one, Nicole, who dealt with us was very friendly and explained everything to us in great detail making sure it was the right deal for us, we will definitely be coming back here when we want to upgrade! Top service & great cars!!

1st class service from start to finish.

I called a week ago about car, paid a deposit, then got train down today from Scotland and Nicole the sales director even picked me up. How’s that’s for service. The car was stunning.

I can honestly say I was all over Scotland looking for a A class Mercedes and I tried online and I seen CARS 4 LESS. OMG
what a company. Very well priced and service was 1st class nothing was a problem for Nicole.

I would recommend this family to anyone
Looking to purchase a car.

😀Thanks so much😀

Michael. 👍

What a breath of fresh air !
Like many others, I'm normally very weary when dealing with garages, estate agents, etc. Let me start by saying, you can safely forget that with Cars4less.
From start to finish of the whole experience, no high pressure sales at all, just honest answers to sensible questions. As promised , on collection (Nicole arranged for me to be picked up from Derby station) my car had been prepared to an excellent, 'showroom' standard and the price I paid I researched to be well below the industry average for that year, condition, mileage, etc....Stress-free, happy days !
Well done, Nicole and family, you've got it spot-on !
Thank you all so much

When you drive over 100 miles to see a car that looks good on line and over 100 back again it’s going to be a gamble. You start to think the gamble hasn’t paid off when on your test drive when you hear a clear banging noise from the suspension. You really want to drive it home but know it’s just not the right thing to do. Nicole at Cars for less in Ripley was brilliant. She brought the mechanic out straight away, the problem was identified, part ordered, work booked in and delivery to my home arranged on completion of work, all within about 15 mins. I felt comfortable with these people from the start, through subsequent phone calls giving updates right up to the point where a very friendly gentleman who turned out to be Nicole’s dad personally delivered the repaired car to me at exactly the time agreed. Excellent service, did everything they said and more and lovely people. Thank you all for making the stressful business of buying a used car as stress free as you did. I really appreciate all your efforts.

We have just bought a car for my wife from Cars 4 Less and we are very, very pleased with it. It's in virtually as new condition and the price was highly competitive compared to others that we'd seen on Autotrader. Carolyn ensured that the transaction went smoothly from start to finish, arranging the finance and even helping us to sell our old car within a day.

I don't think in all my years of buying cars I have ever found a more perfect car dealer than these guys. They are absolutely amazing. Nicole who I was dealing with could not have been more helpful if she tried. She responded to every email I sent in minutes whatever day, whatever time I sent them. The Vauxhall Zafira we purchased is absolutely flawless. I promise once you've dealt with these guys you'll never go anywhere else again. This was the easiest most hassle free car I've ever purchased and I can't believe how at ease I felt whilst going through the purchase. I didn't feel pressured at any point and I think that's what puts us all off buying a car. Thank you so so much Nicole and the team.

Cars4less are an amazing company who made the process of buying my first car super easy! Nicole especially was so friendly and made my experience really fantastic! Couldn’t recommend them more :)

Very good service, kept me up to date with the status of the vehicle before purchasing. Vehicle was clean and tidy ready for viewing, purchase was quick, easy and relaxed. Would recommend.

Cars4less were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Nicole was great, can’t fault the service. We are so pleased with our Seat Leon estate, and are confident that we bought it for a good price from a trustworthy and reliable garage. Thank you, we would definitely buy from you again!

Nicole was super efficient and honest throughout. Delivered on everything and more. Lovely staff with family business atmosphere. Absolutely delighted with my golf estate, many family voyages ahead! Would thoroughly recommend.

Purchased a Qashqai from Cars 4 Less after searching online for quite a while. The overall service was brilliant. Carolyn was extremely helpful throughout and made buying a new car a relaxing and stress free experience. Any tiny issue was sorted and fixed before I collected - even things I had not noticed. Would definitely recommend and buy from again in future. 10/10

I bought a black Nissan Juke from Nicole last weekend and it was a great experience from the first phonecall to picking up the car. Everything was straightforward and Nicole was friendly and helpful.
