Great Service!

Have been doing business for 10 years and always received great products and support.

I am a frequent customer from Cars245, I like the way they take care of fragile parts like headlights, tail lights etc. by protecting the parts for damages during the transportation. They have a lot of very good aftermarket brands to choose from for several brands of cars. And also they offer original parts at excellent prices from dealers like Audi, BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, etc. The shipping prices and times are excellent too. And the communication is always good. There are some things that they can improve:
1) It would be very helpful to have a VIN direct entry to search for parts for the brands of vehicles covered by them.
2) Improve the time to get the aftermarket parts to be dispatched, some times they show 4...7...10 days to be available. When it shows a maximum of 3 days I decide to buy from Cars245, but if it is longer I buy from another supplier that usually has a higher price, but faster availability of the parts.
I apreciatte the excellent service from Serge, Sergejs, Constantine and all the Cars245 team!!! Blessings.

Cars245 is great, I ordered many times in the past. But for us that lives in Brazil, its impossible to buy without a lower value on invoice. We pay more than 100% in taxes.
I stopped buying months ago because of this.
If we could select an lower value on invoice box, i would return buying.

On the past 10 years I’ve been buying almost everyday and all I have to say is thanks a lot for solving all my doubts and every normal situations during this long but satisfying time .

We have only purchased from them once, but the experience was very positive. Being located on the other side of the world, delivery took some time, which was completely expected. They were able to provide items that were difficult for us to find locally, and we were very pleased to do business with them.

Great selection of often difficult to find parts for euro cars. I live in New Zealand and we have very few options for decent priced european car parts with local dealers fleecing our market.
Fast delivery considering the distance!

Everything is great, always in stock, excellent shipping, but every time they combine the shipping cost with the cost of the products, no matter how much we ask.
Be consistent with the rest of the world, and indicate the cost of products separately and the cost of shipping separately, it's just a hassle for us.

Great site with reasonable shipping rates. Got most of my SAAB 9-5 parts here and will keep coming back. Packaging needs some improvement though.

excellent service, delivery time and pricing always a superb experience when working with Cars245

Bought from this site a lot to my alfa romeo mito and my seat ibiza cupra but these time, they did too much mistakes.
I ordered above 20 time.
Now, when I ordered parts to my cupra, I begin to replace parts like bushings, rear reflector, oil sump BUT the parts was not fitting.
I sent them an emails and ask for help, refund, send item that fitting, ask for taking responsibility, they didn't.
I stopped ordered from this site.

People who complain about custom and delivery charges are idiots. I buyed several times and never had a problem, sometimes the tracking number is hard to get when things ar dispatched via standard mail. You will ALWAYS have to pay custom charges on international deliveries, AND sometimes some additional charges on private carriers like UPS. The store will not respond your questions in a cozy warming full of words way, but you will get a straight answer about what you asked. Never failed on a single item. When they went out of stock on something, they told me if I wanted to cancel all the order or a partial dispatch (wich I pick) and I had a quick refund on the item out of stock. They have good prices (except on some original parts), go fetch that f**king spare part here.

I have bought several parts from Cars245.com and have always found their prices to be cheaper than elsewhere.

They provide a very helpful 3-star quality rating for the same part from different manufacturers; it has allowed me to buy better quality parts for less than some parts from other manufacturers!

On a few occasions, I have had to cancel orders, and I received a refund promptly with no questions asked.

Each part listed has a lead time, so you know exactly how long before it is dispatched.

The UPS postal service they offer makes tracking the parcel easy, and they're very fast to deliver at a very reasonable price ... I cannot receive parcels from the other side of my own country, i.e., Australia, as fast as UPS delivers parts to me from Latvia!

The team at Cars245.com is very helpful and friendly.

The online shop is also user-friendly.
