I felt quite good about renting a car via your website. All went very well not counting that some e-mails from support team went to junk mail folder and I couldn't find them at once.

The website is good and beautiful. For me interface is important too. Concerning the service it's very well organized. The quick search allows to find as many cars as possible, prices are good and the team itself is always ready to answer all questions.

The booking process was easy and fast, the car rental iteslf was ok. No issues at all except the fact that after our arrival to get the car, they had not exactly the car we booked. Nevertheless, they offered us another similar car. That was ok.

Сайт отличный. Воспользовался им по совету родственников для поиска машины в аренду, когда собирался в путешествие по Испании. Всё найс, и машина, и прокатная компания. Респект организаторам.

Забронировал через них авто на майские праздники в Дубае. Авто предоставляла компания Thrifty. Через час поле бронирования на сайте компании Cars-scanner с карты был списан как я полагал залог но на самом деле это была списана полная сумма. После прибытия в Дубай по технической причине (не устроили мои права) компания Thrifty отказалась выдать машину и направила в компанию Cars-Scanner уведомление об отмене бронирования. Все мои последующие попытки вернуть деньги за не оказанную услугу пока успехом не увенчались, т.к. Cars-Scanner ссылается на невозможность отмены заказа в день получения автомобиля или позже. На запросы не отвечают.
Считаю что эта компания - мошенники!
Призываю всех не пользоваться их услугами. Бронируйте напрямую, так проще и дешевле!

But local office "Goldcar" sold me extra insurance for 12 eur per day ;))
totally 84 for insurance and 5 for the car = 89 eur per week ))

Very dishonest! We booked an economy car (5 seats and 2 luggage) and got a mini car (4 seats and 1 luggage) and cars-scanner claims that they are of the same category when it clearly isn't - even as displayed on their own website. Can't bother taking legal action, just will never use their service again. This has never has happened to me before. Stay away.

I liked everything in the service and trip. Just 5 euro for a car in Milan. Great!

Кидалово эти Car Scaner они же CarTrawler. До этого много лет бронировал машины на прямую у AVIS,Hertz,Budget,Evrocar и у других, все было нормально. Этим летом повелся на комфортный сайт Car Scaner на русском языке , и обещания поддержки по телефону на русском языке, в результате попал на 700 евро. Заплатил двойную стоимость проката автомобиля. Деньги с карточки снимают сразу после бронирования, всю сумму и присылают ваучер, где русским по белому написано , что это полная стоимость, а при аренде машины в аэропорту, это оказывается только предоплатой. Пытался предъявить им претензии по указанным телефонам, там по русски не говорят, а по английски у меня таких слов нет. Написал после возвращения письмо, ответили следующее: Booking Ref: IT754690120

Вообщем мягко посылают разбираться с прокатчиком, но деньги то я Car Scaner заплатил и ваучер они выдали. Короче мошеники они конкретные. Бронируйте машины на прямую. Чудес нет.

This friendly service helped me to find my best option of car rental. I could choose in a list of cars in Drezden and booked the cheapest one. They had good discounts. Good economy. Delicious experience of this trip was in many ways due to this website. Surely, i'll use it next time.

Initially I booked a hire car from Gold Car for a holiday in Malta via Cars Scanner. My initial feedback is good: the website is clear, the price of the car hire from Gold Car beat all the opposition by miles. The telephone operator was always polite and helpful on the times I rang.

The friction and unhappiness occurred post booking. 48 hours before our trip I realised I had misplaced the PIN number of the credit card. I rang both Gold Car (who were utterly useless and simply recommended taking out a vastly inflated insurance policy) and Cars Scanner who gave several sensible suggestions. Due to the dreadful experience of my communications with Gold Car I did not want to give them more money and agreed with Cars Scanner to move (at no extra charge - a kind concession) to Rhodium. My experience with Rhodium was the worst car hire experience in 30 years of hiring cars abroad (see separate review).

My criticism of Cars Scanner is that they did not disclose that Gold Car and Rhodium are fundamentally the same company and it is improbable they did not know this given how easily I checked this upon our return plus when I completed the Cars Scanner feedback questionnaire I asked for someone to contact me and supply evidence to support a number of assertions made by staff at Rhodium regarding information I would have been given by them: to date no response from Cars Scanner.

машину не дали, деньги не вернули
Больше не пользуюсь car scanner, никому не советую

Salute the efficiency!
I had to cancel my booking due to medical reasons and was refunded full including insurance within 3 days!!!
I would definitely use them again!

I've used many car rental dealers and companies and I can say, that cars-scanner provide a good service. User-friendly website, everything is clear and comfortable and no problems occured while picking up my car and delivering it back. My trip to Poland was great and this rental service made it even greater.

Not Recommended! Stay Away! Better identify as “Cars Scammers”.

Four days after the reservation, a day before the planned pick-up, I was told the rental agent can not fulfil my reservation. The rental agent was Gold Car, another notorious rental car company, I learned later after reading many negative reviews in the internet. They promise and publish unrealistic prices which they do not respect later. Not Recommended.
